Anytime is a good time to go to this delightful beachfront Condo (townhouse) with two decks overlooking the Gulf! Crowds on this beach rarely exist even during high season.
This is a lovely condo with incredible views! Relax on the deck or enjoy the wonderful view from from the living room and kitchen. Sleeps four. The large master bedroom has a king bed and a small deck with a fabulous view of the Gulf. The second bedroom (queen bed) has a small deck (not overlooking the Gulf). The Condo is located at 300 Ocean Mile Townhomes, a beachfront community near the entrance to the fabulous State Park where you can find additional gorgeous beaches (just a short walk away).
This is a wonderful place to watch dolphins and great blue herons who will steal your fish right off the hook or hide in the dunes. Or just soak up the sun or relax on the deck. Choose a book from the generously supplied book shelves and enjoy your vacation! Excellent fishing right on the beach. Well... usually excellent!

- Pet Friendly: This property is Pet Friendly. The Homeowners Association enforces strict rules regarding cleaning up pet waste and leash laws! Please follow these rules exactly! Bring your pooper scooper and use it! Do not allow you pet off the leash! Infractions will not be tolerated. Not obeying the rules jeopardizes my desire and ability to keep a Pet Friendly unit. Pets, after all, need vacations too! Monthly carpet care enhances freshness and decreases pet dander. No more than 2 pets allowed.

Sorry, no Putt-Putt on the Island--you'll need to go across the bridge to East Point for that. No Water Parks. Not much noise either! Lots and lots of stars in the sky. Quietness.
