Lagon star is located on grand lagoon in panama city beach on s. Lagoon drive. There is a private dock in the back yard with a lift. The boat ramp is 100 yards from the home. Grand lagoon offers direct access to st. Andrew bay and the gulf. We have 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room, 3 full baths and plenty of room for 10 to be comfortable. There is a nice back yard with a grill and fire pit. This is an ideal home for those who wish to trailer their boat to pcb. Launch the boat 100 yards from the house and park the trailer in the driveway. A fisherman's dream house!

About the owner: This was our primary home at one point. In recent years our work has taken us to pennsylvania. We decided to keep the house, rent it to guests who enjoy the beach and boating, and enjoy it on our return trips to panama city beach. We invite you to be our guest and hope you enjoy the house as much as we have.

We have a private dock with a boat lift in the back yard. If you trailer a boat up to 24 feet and like to fish or just enjoy boating on st. Andrew bay, this house is ideal for you. The public boat ramp is less than 100 yards from the house. You can launch your boat when you arrive, park the trailer in the driveway and the boat on the lift. Let's go fishing!
