“Art in the heart of Rome”
This unique loft in the heart of Rome was born from the artistic concept of a roman artist. The antique perfectly melts with the modern. Sculptures, pictures and furnitures are the peculiarity of this big open space of almost 180 square meters/1,940 square feet, composed of a large kitchen, two bathrooms (both with shower), 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 for three people with a mezzanine floor) and a large living room. The apartment has an autonomous central heating system. The air conditioning is only in the living room but it's very powerful and able to cool the all apartment. The flat also includes a washing machine, a dish washer and free WI FI Internet access.
The whole flat is equipped with everything necessary to ensure the comfort of our guests.

A few minutes walking from the beautiful Piazza Navona (3’ minutes), Campo de’ Fiori (5’), Pantheon Temple (10’), Saint Angel Castle (15’), Saint Peter Church and the Vatican with its treasures (25’). You can easily walk to almost every important attractions such as museums and archeological sites: the Colosseum and the Roman Foro, Campidoglio, Trevi Fountain and the world famous Spanish Steps or if you don’t feel like walking you can ride public transportations, either city buses or taxi by walking a couple of minutes from the apartment.
Also the central Railway station “Termini” is easily reachable with the bus line #40 (only 5 stops). And from the Termini station you can reach the main airport with the express line.
Shopaholic? Charming and fancy shops right behind the corner in Via del Governo Vecchio (Old Government road) or, of course, in Via Condotti, next to the Spanish Steps.
Folkloristic markets like the famous Campo de’ Fiori, wonderful churches with inestimable masterpieces, houses of poets and musicians, cinematographic spots…you only need to look for inscriptions on the buildings while you are walking around.

Do you like to have fun at night? You are in one of the best neighborhood: nice bars and clubs and very good places where enjoying the Italian “Aperitivo” between 6pm and 9pm: our habit of meeting friends before dinner, drinking a beer or a very good glass of wine with very good and various finger food.
