Just bought property in Feb 2013 and doing COMPLETE remodel this May/June. Will be like a BRAND NEW Model Home for the 2013-2014 Season. New Kitchen, Appliances, Flooring, Paint, Furniture, Bathroooms, the whole works ! Even new Jacuzzi Spa on one of the 2 decks we have overlooking the Deer Valley Mountains !
Condo includes WiFi and Cable, all the bedding, linens, fully furnished for a great family or group vacation .
We are located in Bldg 'A' which is closest and just 100 yards to the resort ! We are closer than parking at resort !
We also have secured, undergound parking, and personal ski locker for you use.
Free Park City Bus Service to other resorts, Park City, and The Canyons, runs every 30 mins, and also into Park City for nightly entertainment.

This Powder Run unit was just acquired by the current owner (Steve) a few weeks before we rented. The unit is a very nice size, with lots of room, and a nice view of the slopes. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, so it provides some nice privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed, plus a queen size bunk bed (in a location where an inside whirlpool bath used to be). The second bedroom has 2 queens and a whirlpool bath (as well as a regular bath with a shower and 2 sinks. (The master also has 2 sinks, which is nice). The fireplace is gas, and easy to light. The unit needs more lighting and some updating, which I understand the current owner plans to do this summer. But he was very responsive to any questions we had, and the unit is very comfortable and convenient to Snow Park Lodge (2 minute walk).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
