Beautiful Ocean Front - Lai Nani is located on the eastern coast side, a short distance from Lihue airport. The unit offers you an ocean front pool, lighted tennis courts, private beach access, swimming and snorkeling.
Shopping and dining at the nearby Coconut Plantation Market Place or in the Kappa Shopping Village. Many wonderful restaurants to choose from. Price Golf Course is nearby or enjoy any of the several other courses on the island.
The unit is fully furnished. We have made many upgrades to the unit with new carpeting, furniture, kitchen cabinets, new bathroom cabinets and granit counter tops.

Aloha! My husband and I have stayed at this condo twice (October 2009 and February 2010) and will definitely stay here again. The condo has everything needed to kick back and relax (ice maker and blender especially!). The condo is clean, quiet and safe. The photos provided accurately reflect the condo and the property. The condo is very spacious and is nicely decorated. The first picture showing the view from the condo lanai is not quite right...the ocean is much CLOSER. The large lanai has a great view - awesome for enjoying a morning coffee. The beach directly in front of the condo property is very clean and fairly quiet (not very busy) and is often visited by monk seals. The boulder-enclosed ocean pool is perfect for kids. Although this beach is not very long, a very short walk on the pathway provided will take you to a long stretch of beach perfect for a leisurely stroll. Unless you are an experienced ocean swimmer, I'm not sure that I would recommend swimming in the ocean in front of the condo (except for the enclosed area). The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. We would definitely recommend this property to a family and friends. It's the perfect place to stay - great view, great condo, central location on the island, and close to shopping plazas and restaurants. Mahalo R & B for sharing your condo with us. Much Aloha!!
