The large master bedroom is a floor of its own with east facing windows and balcony overlooking the lake. Get comfortable in the cozy reading area with a choice of books for those lazy days or watch the action on the lake.
The ground floor has two bedrooms: one with twin trundle beds and the other with a queen size bed. The shared bath has a separate dressing room and shower/tub. Both bedrooms open out to the covered boat slip and beautiful Lake LBJ.
The main floor has a modern kitchen and all you need for that gourmet meal. Dining area seats 6 and extra seating in the breakfast nook. Enjoy the lake view on comfortable sofas or watch your favorite movie in surround sound. The large hardwood deck over the lake is perfect for entertaining family and friends, lounging in the sun or watching the sunset.

We love the Texas hill country! The best climate year round, friendly people, close proximity to Austin and, of course, the constant level lake. It is relaxing and there are new shops, concerts and restaurants in nearby Marble Falls.

We rented the property for several weeks in the fall. The condo is very well maintained with a great master suite and kitchen. It is conveniently located close to the Marriott Hotel and the HSB Yacht Club. We really enjoyed the quiet evenings sitting on the back porch with great views of the lake. The owner and management were very accommodating during our stay. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My friends and I had a great time at this beautiful rental right on the lake. We had 3 couples and were totally comfortable. The pool area at the resort is gorgeous and relaxing as is the beach area by the lake. It's also a golfer's paradise! We had dinner a number of times in nearby Marble Falls, and the food was excellent. This was a great get away and I would do it again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Great property. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable inside. Great kitchen. Super roomy master. We stayed in the winter and it was great, but this place would be awesome in the spring and summer with the water. Highly recommend. We did 4 adults and 5 kids all under the age of 5. No problems except for stairs and our little "New" walkers. Just recommend if you've got little one's bring 2-4 babygates to block off stairs. Also if you have elderly people in your party the stairs are very steep. Other than that we LOVED this property and will stay here again. The property management people were WONDERFUL. Very accomidating and easy to work with.
