Horseshoe Bay Marina is a 5 minute walk away where you can store your boat or rent boats and jet skis. Year Round Activities: Fishing and hunting in the area; Golf or tennis at the world-class facilities. The town of Marble Falls is minutes away for shopping, movies and restaurants. For the expert shopper, Horseshoe Bay Resort is near to Austin, Lakeway Galleria and the San Marcos outlet malls. There is always something to do in the Hill Country! We are conveniently located on Island Drive in the heart of Horseshoe Bay Resort. Just a 10 minute walk to the Marriott Resort, restaurants and shops. Townhome specifics: 2700 sq ft. The large master bedroom has a small private east facing deck overlooking the lake and a west facing balcony in front. There is a large bathroom with separate tub, shower and toilet. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor- one with twin trundle beds and walk in closet and the other with a queen size bed. The downstairs bath has a dressing room and shower/tub. Both bedrooms open out to the covered boat slip and a small deck. The main floor, with modern kitchen, dining area, bar and comfortable den with fireplace, has a large deck over the lake which is perfect for lounging in the sun or watching the sunset. There's also an electric boat lift and boat house (7-1/2 feet in width- so please check your boat).
