Visit our beautiful gated town home in the heart of Horseshoe Bay Resort. It's quiet and private with all amenities. We are a short walk to the Marriott Resort and Horseshoe Bay Marina is around the corner for all your water sport needs. You can do as much or as little as you want, it's all here!

Townhome specifics: 2700 sq ft.
The large master bedroom is a floor of its own. Private east facing deck overlooking the lake and west facing balcony in front. There is a large bathroom with separate tub, shower and toilet. The bedroom boasts a cozy reading area with a choice of books. Enjoy the large, flat screen tv with dvd.

The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with twin trundle beds and walk in closet and the other with a queen size bed. The shared bath has a separate dressing room and shower/tub. Both bedrooms open out to the covered boat slip, small dock and fishing pier.

The main floor has a modern kitchen, dining area, bar and comfortable den with fireplace and flat screen TV with surround sound. The large hardwood deck over the lake is perfect for entertaining family and friends, lounging in the sun or watching the sunset.

There's also an electric boat lift and covered boat slip (7'8" in width) available upon request. Please check the size of your boat.

  • Great property. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable inside. Great kitchen. Super roomy master. We stayed in the winter and it was great, but this place would be awesome in the spring and summer with the water. Highly recommend. We did 4 adults and 5 kids all under the age of 5. No problems except for stairs and our little "New" walkers. Just recommend if you've got little one's bring 2-4 babygates to block off stairs. Also if you have elderly people in your party the stairs are very steep. Other than that we LOVED this property and will stay here again. The property management people were WONDERFUL. Very accomidating and easy to work with.
