Townhome specifics: 2700 sq ft.
The large master bedroom has a floor of its own. Private east facing deck overlooking the lake and west facing balcony in front. There is a large bathroom with separate tub, shower and toilet. On one side of the bedroom is a cozy reading area with books galore. The lower level has two bedrooms, one with twin trundle beds and walk in closet and the other with a queen size bed. The shared bath has a separate dressing room and shower/tub. Both bedrooms open out to the covered boat slip and a small deck.
The main floor has a modern kitchen, dining area, bar and comfortable den with fireplace. The large hardwood deck over the lake is perfect for entertaining family and friends, lounging in the sun or watching the sunset.
There's also an electric boat lift and covered boat slip (7-1/2 feet in width) available upon request. Please check the size of your boat.
