The large master bedroom is a floor of its own with east facing windows and balcony overlooking the lake.
The ground floor has two bedrooms: one with twin trundle beds and the other with a queen size bed. The shared bath has a separate dressing room and shower/tub. Both bedrooms open out to the covered boat slip and beautiful Lake LBJ.
The main floor has a modern kitchen with wine fridge. Dining area seats 6 with extra seating in the breakfast nook. Enjoy the lake view on comfortable sofas or watch your favorite movie in surround sound. The large hardwood deck over the lake is perfect for entertaining family and friends, lounging in the sun or watching the sunset.
Recently painted and remodeled. Sleeps 6-8.

We are Winter Texans and were looking for a comfortable and relaxing place in the Hill Country for a couple of months. We found it here!! This condo was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was clean and well-maintained and the owners and manager were wonderful to work with. We never had to wait for an answer to any question we might have had. And the "extras" like the bikes,the kayaks and the view of the lake were great. I would certainly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented the property for several weeks in the fall. The condo is very well maintained with a great master suite and kitchen. It is conveniently located close to the Marriott Hotel and the HSB Yacht Club. We really enjoyed the quiet evenings sitting on the back porch with great views of the lake. The owner and management were very accommodating during our stay. I would certainly recommend this property to my friendsRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My friends and I had a great time at this beautiful rental right on the lake. We had 3 couples and were totally comfortable. The pool area at the resort is gorgeous and relaxing as is the beach area by the lake. It's also a golfer's paradise! We had dinner a number of times in nearby Marble Falls, and the food was excellent. This was a great get away and I would do it again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Great property. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable inside. Great kitchen. Super roomy master. We stayed in the winter and it was great, but this place would be awesome in the spring and summer with the water. Highly recommend. We did 4 adults and 5 kids all under the age of 5. No problems except for stairs and our little "New" walkers. Just recommend if you've got little one's bring 2-4 babygates to block off stairs. Also if you have elderly people in your party the stairs are very steep. Other than that we LOVED this property and will stay here again. The property management people were WONDERFUL. We love the Texas hill country! The best climate year round with the friendliest people. We are close to Austin, San Marcos (outlet malls) and many golf courses. Lake LBJ is a constant level lake, so we always have water!

We love the location of our place. It is located on a dead-end street and the 3 town home complex is gated for added privacy. Trees shade the yard and the view of open water is stunning. We love hiking the hills and kayaking in the early morning. Temperate weather year round! Suitable for all ages!
