  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation on Hilton Head Island twice each year. For the last few years we have stayed only at Shorewood and we always wish we could stay longer. We always enjoy ourselves.

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was nice however could have been cleaner. Bed pillows were stained, kitchen area had bad smell. The refrigerator was not working properly(cooling) and the ice maker did not make ice. The problem was not corrected until Wednesday and then the ice maker still not work properly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both bathtubs had mold around the edges. Not very appealing. Overall, the condo was very nice.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not very clean. It was Ok , but, the tables, lamps and floors were dusty and not what I would have liked to have seen when we arrived. Buddy and his people are always extremely professional and helpful. They even mailed some clothes back to us that we forgot.

This is the 20th year staying on the island and I am looking forward to the next 20

They always find me a perfect location, and Shorewood 333 was one of the best. I would never rent from anyone else at Hilton Head

Beautiful view, nice amenities, and a kitchen well-stocked enough to cook a Thanksgiving dinner in!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: nice unit, nice furniture, Kitchen appliances older but work fine, good location for beach and restaurants. negative was that the patio and windows was dirty, underneeth the masterbed have been empty bottles and papers. Also after requesting cleaning up again the situation does not really changed. But allover a nice stay, we would come back if the clean service will be improved

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit [#333 Shorewood] was basically OK. The bathrooms were not in good shape. The toilet in the main bedroom was not fastened to the floor and felt as if it would turn over. We ended up using the second bath due to the toilet situation. The king size bed was not comfortable as we could feel the springs pushing up into our backs. I will say that Buddy and all of his staff are always accomodating and pleasant to work with and that is the main reason that we always call him for rentals.
