We recently spent a week here and enjoyed every minute! The condo was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and offered everything a beach-goer could want -- great location, a beautiful view, and a relaxing private patio. We made daily use of the well-appointed kitchen and the ample beach accessories provided. The unit is conveniently located close to Maui Kamaole's main pool, spa, and barbeque areas, as well as walking paths to the beach and local restaurants. Adding to all of this, the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone traveling to Maui!

A wonderful spot!

I recently returned from a stay in this lovely condo. I found it to be very comfortable, quiet, beautifully furnished and decorated with lovely artwork throughout the unit. I loved the tile floors throughout much of the condo. I slept better in that bed than in my own back home! Loved the location, both in Kihei and how it was situated on the property. So close to the pool, yet quiet. I never needed the a/c, as the fans and breezes kept the unit cool and comfortable. All that I needed for a comfortable stay was provided in the condo. Jillian's communication was prompt and efficient. I had a minor issue with a light not working (beyond just changing a light bulb), which was promptly dealt with. Jillian also followed up after my stay, which was appreciated. I would love to stay there again, and would highly recommend this condo for others considering a visit.

Relaxing home away from home

Our first impressions upon arriving was the tasteful Hawaiian decor. It was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we would need. The condo was conveniently located close enough to the pool without the noise with a lovely partial view of the ocean in the beautifully manicured grounds. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was just to our liking for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the ground floor lanai to sit and enjoy morning coffee and again at the end of a full day at the beaches. It was a short walk to Kamaole Park to applaud the end of another glorious day in paradise! Our only complaint is we wished we had more time to spend there, so we plan a return visit! Beautiful touches and charming condo

My boyfriend and I just came back from two weeks in Maui and spent the majority of our time in Kihei. We stayed at a couple of different condos, as my family was there as well for a wedding. Our last two nights, we decided to stay on our own at this beautiful condo and I'm so glad that we did. The owners were great in their correspondance and professionalism and had so many suggestions about where to eat and what to do in the Kihei/Maui area. They were also gracious enough to offer us a "half" day on our last day so that we could spend the time at our condo before our late night flight. We both really appreciated that! All in all, I would love to stay here again and my only complaint is that it was not a long enough stay! The condo is well stocked (even has sunscreen, aloe vera, water bottles, boogie boards, and snorkel gear!) and the bed was very comfortable. We both loved it and would recommend this accomodation to anyone! Mahalo!!

I cannot say enough about this property and Jillian (the owner we dealt with). The suite was well-maintained, inviting, homey, tastefully decorated, quiet, and included anything you would ever hope to use in the kitchen and for the beach. Also, I think I actually slept better in the more than comfortable King size bed, than I do in my bed at home! Before this trip, we had only been on all-inclusive vacations at resort hotels and this experience was much better. The condo felt like our home away from home and it was nice to be able to prepare some of our own meals. As for location, also great! The condo is right across from a pool area and we could see the ocean while having breakfast each morning on the lanai. It was only a 5 minute walk down to the beach to spend the afternoon and then watch the gorgeous sunsets. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short drive away. Jillian was very accessible - I talked to her numerous times through email and on the phone before leaving for our vacation and even touched base with her through email while we were there. My husband and I travelled to Maui for our 10 year anniversary and Jillian even arranged to have a fruit basket, some champagne, and rose petals delivered for our arrival. I strongly recommend staying here! My husband and I hope to return to our little piece of heaven ASAP. Thanks so much, Jillian!

Great condo...quiet, relaxing & it had everything we needed...even a playpen for the toddler to sleep! Clean, close to the pool & close to the beach....walking distance to it all if you wanted to stay local! Thank you for a great vacation spot! Excellent communication with the owner at all times...we will be coming back again!

Just returned from 8 days in Maui staying for the first time in B115. The condo is tastefully decorated with island style furniture. The king size bed was amazing, so comfortable! This unit is on the corner and is perfectly located next to the lower pool which was very convenient. The veiw from the lani is beautiful as you have a nice peek of the ocean. Wonderful outdoor furniture as we spent most of our time on the lani when not at the beach. The landscaping at Maui Kamaole is goregous! Beautiful tropical gardens throughout entire property and well maintained. The owners take pride as they provide you with everything you need from plenty of towels (including beach trowels), bedding and beach toys. We donated our boogie board to the collection. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need as we cooked most of our meals. And the BBQ was located in the pool area, so very easy to walk across to barbeque. The owners were great with information on directions, shopping and fun things to do while in Maui. Could not have asked for better hosts. Great relaxing vacation, can't wait to return!

A great place to stay when visiting Maui...

Jillian and Rich's condo at Maui Kamaole is an excellent place to stay when visiting Maui. The condo is very tastefully decorated (love the tile/travertine floors!), with close access to the swimming pool and Maui Kamaole condo office. The condo's location makes for easy and quick walks to the beach as well as fine dining and casual eating restaurants. Safeway is a relatively short drive away, with Costco a few miles further down the road in Kahului. We totally enjoyed stocking up the kitchen and cooking on the outdoor grill that is a few steps away from the condo. We quickly fell in love with those warm Hawaiian evenings, sitting beside the grill having a visit with some of the other folks that were staying in the Maui Kamaole complex. (This condo also has a great parking spot underneath a tree which keeps the vehicle nice and cool in the shade.) I can't say enough about how proactive Jillian was in responding to our initial query, helping us to get everything set up for our stay, and answering questions before, during, and after our stay. We enjoyed the condo so much that we re-booked for next year prior to leaving this year since the condo availability calendar was already starting to fill up!

Another 10 out of 10 stay. The condo is just perfect for us with a spacious layout, clean comfortable day core, and fabulous location. The new tile flooring looks great. The Maui Kamaole management do a top notch job on maintaining the grounds and pool, and enforcing the community rules. As early-to-bed and early-to-rise folks we've never once had any noise problems during any of our stays. We look forward to next years stay here in paradise!

This is our second time staying at this condo which is across from Kamaole Beach III. We love it here as it is so close to everything. We do the "beach walk" at least once a day (walk all 4 beaches and back) and we walk to the health food store. The condo has all the room we need and it has a great kitchen which we really need because we make all our meals and don't eat in restaurants. Everything is here that we need to have a great time and have a great break from WORK! We'll be back...

Yes, I had a wonderful time in your home in Maui. This spacious condo had all the ammenities that anyone could possibly want or need. The owner was so gracious and helpful in making the reservations. Inside the condo, I was very comfortable, felt safe and secure, and its location was absolutely perfect for access to the pool and the beaches. We stayed here for 2 weeks on our honeymoon. We loved every second of our stay here at the condo. The condo was a home away from home and was super comfortable. It was very clean and had lovely views from the front patio. This condo is in a prime location you can walk to the multiple beaches, restaurants, and shops. The owners are so helpful and went above and beyond for us. They gave great advice about restaurants, walking areas, and beaches. They also have a closet stocked full of anything you will need at the beach. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this condo.

THE place to stay in South Kihei!!!!

If I could give this condo 10 stars out of 5, I would!!! Simply put - it exceeds expectations. My now husband and I stayed here the week before our wedding. It was perfect!!! It is a lovely appointed condo with delectable touches. It truly feels like your home away from home. There are so many thoughtful extras throughout the house. Between the well-stocked kitchen, the cozy decorations, the beautiful furnishings, and the closet full of beach goodies, you will feel like you hit the jackpot. There were many aspects of the house that we really enjoyed and appreciated. For instance, we loved the tile floor in the main living area - it felt cool and refreshing underneath our feet. The large plush king sized bed was a dream to sleep on. Both my husband and I remarked how well we slept while we stayed here. In addition, the lanai was a great place to hang out, relax, and unwind. There was a nice peek-a-boo view of the ocean only a couple steps out from the lanai, too. The owners are amazing to work with, as well. I spoke to Jillian on several occasions and she is very thorough, quick-to-respond, understanding, and accommodating!!! Overall, the condo was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be returning in the future!!!

Sunsets, Beaches, Great Condo - What more do you need?

We were extremely happy with the Condo at Maui Kamaole. It is well maintained, has a well stocked kitchen and a closet filled with just about anything you might need for the beach. The unit was very peaceful and quiet – with the exception of the Gray Francolins that came to visit us every morning on the Lanai. Miss those little guys. Best of all staying here provides you with a pretty central location on Maui. It wasn’t all that far to Mt. Haleakala, or Lahaina, and then there are the wonderful beaches in Kihei and its surrounding area. Plus, there is Marty at the resort desk who can direct you to places to dine, shop or visit. It was great to find such a friendly, helpful person at the resort desk. Through her we found the 5 Palms Restaurant - just a short walk away- that has a wonderful happy hour. Half off on Mai Tai's and appetizers from 3-7, and it's right off the beach! Jillian thank you for making our stay truly wonderful. The condo more than lived up to our expectations! We will be back and will definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

TROPICAL ISLAND FEEL HOME-AWAY-FROM-HOME!

You simply CANNOT do better than this condo! GREAT location to 3 separate beaches, upscale restaurants right on the water with less pricey lunch & breakfast venues within walking distance. The initial drive up to the property was breathtaking and you can see the water, the beach and the tropical setting as you come up over the hill to the area of Kihei that this condo is in. Pool area is clean and quiet. Condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with all the necessities you'll need to cook in or grill out. I was immediately impressed with Jilian who took the time to talk with me over the phone twice before I even left. Afterward she sent an email confirming the code to the door, directions from the airport and a long list of fun activities and her family's favorite places to visit, things to do, and where to eat. She was so helpful! When you step inside the condo you can see that she has put the same time and effort into this property. I walked to Sargentos (Italian) across the street for my first dinner in Maui. Good food and an excellent ocean view. This area of the Island is filled with helpful, friendly waiters and employees of connected hotels that helped me find shops for what I needed. SAFEWAY grocery is a 5 minute drive if you're stocking up to cook at the condo or the general store just down S KIHEI road had all the quick conveniences. I walked to breakfast each day of my stay and spent one full day on the sandy beach across the street from the condo where I ended up dining twice at the FIVE PALMS RESTAURANT. There is a grassy park also across the street where the locals and visitors are playing kickball, flying kites, throwing horse shoes and grilling out all waiting to see a beautiful unrestricted sight of the sunset. I went to this parkk every night to watch the sunset, bringing along one of the beach chairs that Jill has for your use in the condo. It was a peaceful way to eND THE DAY. I recommend the sandy beach across the street for sun bathing. I was there by 10:00 am and seemed to just make it getting a good spot. Its a great beach and as such very popular. I would recommend the FIVE PALMS for happy hour as well as for a nice dinner w/ an unobstructed view of the ocean. Walk down S Kihei for a handful of great breakfast options. The pictures of the condos surroundings are accurate as are the rental's appearance and listed amenities. You can tell that this condo has been well-maintained & always clean. I will absolutely be back!

Comfortable Kihei Condo with Peek-a-view of the ocean

Very comfortable condo that has a small view of the ocean, which enlarges if you move your chair from the patio onto the grass. The king size bed is quite comfortable and the living room has a tile floor that keeps the unit cool. We found the kitchen to be nicely stocked with spices, the unit to be clean and the owner friendly. We would recommend this unit to our friends.

Loved the condo

My wife and I stayed at Maui Kamaole condo for our 30th anniversary and had the time of our lives. The condo was well kept and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Sunsets are just a short stroll across the street each night. The complex is in a nice location at the south end of Kehei close to numerous restaurants, shopping and beaches. We particularly enjoyed Big Beach at Makena. Highly recommended! Jillian was great and went out her way to make us feel like family. She called shortly after our arrival to make sure everything met our expectations which it certainly did. Thanks for everything Jillian - we'll definitely be back again!

The best way to describe our stay at the Ackemann Regan's condo is that, 1, we will recommend it to others, and 2, we will stay at this condo again, even to the point of adjusting dates to be able to stay with this particular owner. Clean, modern, well maintained with every convenience of home. Jillian was amazing, and went over and above what we would have expected from an owner. I feel like I have made a friend. The only bad thing, was that we had to go home.

We had a wonderful time in Maui! The condo was terrific, we were hardly there but at the end of the day it was a good place to come back to. We drove the western route around the island with a stop in Pai'a, scary but well worth it. The Fishmarket had great food.The next day took the Road to Hana a little long but again glad we did it. Can not say enough about Blue Water Rafting snorkeling behind Molikini Crater, AWESOME! The early morning walks and the sunsets right across the street from the condo were beautiful can not ask for more than that. Jillian thank you for the extras.

Very responsive owner, sparkling clean unit

We stayed in this unit for 4 days in late September and found it comfortable and convenient. Even though the owners were off island while we were there, they were immediately responsive to some questions and needs we had, and had a local person to connect with us. The unit was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen and a closet with chairs, boogie boards, coolers, towels and snorkel gear. Even some beach toys if you come with small kids. We agree that South Kihei is where to stay on Maui if you are there to relax, and that the Maui Kamaole complex is probably the nicest of the many condo options in the area, even though it is across the street from the water. The walk along the beaches from Kam III to the end of Wailea each morning then coming back to make breakfast and enjoy it on the lanai was our favorite activity, followed closely by going back to watch the sunset. There is good snorkeling in several spots all along this walk, and early morning is the time to do it. A nice pool to relax around and friendly neighbors and helpful staff at the check in.

My wife and totally enjoyed the condo for a week vacation. The location across the street from the beach was great plus the condo was very clean with wonderful amenities. Having the pool close to the condo was another plus when the trade winds came in. I would rent this condo again.

Condo met our expectations and then some. It is a great location and value, just steps to the nicely heated pool. The south Kihei area has a good mix of beaches, restaurants and shops. The owners seemed especially helpful and snorkel gear is available in the condo to use. We plan to stay again!

Our stay was great! It was like home away from home. The bed in master bedroom was a dream. Attention to small details was noted. Boogie boards, snorkeling gear, music, movies, books, even extra spices in kitchen included. Very clean and very quiet. Close location to several perfect beaches. Sunset in Maui like no other.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at your condo! This was our first trip we have ever taken together without our trip (it's been almost 8 yrs) and we were so pleased to spend it in your condo! My husband and I fell in love all over again in Maui, so your condo holds a special place in our hearts and we look forward to visiting again. I would like to add that the check in staff were so nice; the condo is very quiet and cozy; and the view is fabulous! It was also so nice that you had boogie boards and snorkel equipment available for us...we had a blast!! EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! Thanks again for allowing us to visit!

My husband & I took this trip to celebrate his 70th. It was the most relaxing holiday we have taken. The condo exceeded expectations. We really enjoyed having an end unit with the window in the kitchen. As we both enjoy cooking, we had all our evening meals on the lanai. The kitchen was well appoointed. As our rental car had leather seats, we particularly appreciated the parking spot under a tree. We did not expect to find a cooler for picnic lunches, umbrellas and beach chairs. We have recommended this unit to others that are travelling to Maui. We will return. I recommend the farmers market at the north end of South Kihei Road for fresh produce.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is very well located, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Everything is well maintained and there are high quality Barbecues all around. We had a great time.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This condo is perfect for visiting Kehei. Beautifully maintained grounds, pool, BBQ's and beach across the street. Located in the quieter end of Kihei just before Wailea. The condo is nicely furnished with a complete kitchen and wifi available. There are two private patios, one like sitting in a tropical garden. I would recommend this condo for a trip to Maui and look forward to going again. Mahalo Jillian and Rich

The condo was the perfect choice for our 10 day stay; well located near beautiful beaches, very clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. We would certainly stay here again!

Overall I thought the condo was fantastic. It was close to the ocean and across the road to the pool. We could walk to the grocerie store with my 14 month old and I felt very safe as well. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner of the property was more than helpful, she organized a car rental for us and gave me the website and number to a place to call for baby rentals. She was able to answer all my questions and was always very organized. I would recommend this condo to anyone, family or friend!

We called this beautiful condo our home for ten days and brought in the New Year while staying here. The condo was in very good shape - my wife and I enjoyed the spacious bedroom and our two daughters slept in the hide-a-bed without a single complaint. The proximity to the pool was great as we spent many an hour lounging around it and reading some good novels. This area of Kihei is my favorite with many nice beaches very close by. The condo was well equiped and was everything it was advertised to be - I would recommend it to anyone. A great winter escape was surely appreciated by this Alaskan family.

Aloha! We've been in B115 for over a week now and have enjoyed it tremendous. The unit is very comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. The owner made sure it was stocked with extra's "just for us" when we arrived and called after our arrival to make sure all was well. We will be back for sure! Donnie & Mary Beth

We stayed at unit B115 at Maui Kamaole in June 09 and had a fantastic time. The unit was very well maintained, clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. The pools were both very nice especially the tropical one. Very relaxing! Dealing with the owner was very enjoyable. She made us feel welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! She emailed us not too long ago to let us know a few new renos had taken place. New beds, bigger lanai, and updated bathrooms. It was nice while we were there so I am sure its even nicer now. I would definately recommend renting this unit for your next Maui vacation. Day 1 - WOW!!! what a pleasant surprise. My husband & 14 year old son have never beeen to Maui. We arrived in the middle of the night and woke up to Paradise. Your place is much more than we ever hoped for. The master bed is AWESOME & your place is lovely. We hit the jackpot! We are off to book our adventures. We will let you know what is best!! Mahalo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Even though our room is considered a garden view we did have a view of the ocean. This is the most spacious, well equipped, accommodation we've ever stayed in. Hello! We just love your condo here in Maui! My whole family (9 of us!) came to Maui together and rented 2 condos here at Maui Kamaole. Yours is by far the most well appointed and decorated. Well done! We have enjoyed "the Feast of Lele", the road to Hana, The Pacific Whale Foundation's whale watch, scuba diving, snorkeling and so much more. We've enjoyed our time here -- very comfortable bed pleasant lanai & nice landscaping! We were here 10 days and went to 10 different beaches anf loved every one of them. Old Lahaina Luau was great & worth it. Also, went to Hana and saw the Black Beach, Seven Sacred Pools and all the wonderful waterfalls along the way. The ride was exciting!! Loved all the beautiful sunsets on the beaches. Ate at Cafe Ole, pineapple grill, Sensei (sushi), Moose McGillicutties, Da Kitchen -- Enjoyed all of them. the condo met our expectations & more -- very well appointed -- looking forward to returning! We had a wonderful time in Maui thanks to your comfortable condo. We stayed here only 3 days, but we wanted to stay more. Beautiful Decoration! Our most fun day in Maui was the trip to Hana. The 2 mile hike to see the 400 foot waterfall wasvery well worth it. The sunrise at the crater was beautiful, but very cold -- dress warmly. Snorkeling with Pacific Wahle Foundation was wonderful! Luau at sSheraton was not as nice as teh Marriott.
