Why the Owner Chose Kapaa

This is an amazing piece of property situated right on the corner directly across from Fuji Beach (Baby Bath Beach) with a completely unobstructed view of the ocean. The first time I saw it I new it would be perfect. Over the years we have put a lot of time and effort remolding the house into the oasis it is today. My favorite thing about this property is falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach, then waking to the sun rising over the Pacific.

The Unique Benefits at this House

There are two separate houses on this very large piece of beachfront property making it perfect for large families or couples traveling together. Over the years we have enjoyed large family gatherings, weddings, even an authentic Hawaiian luau right in our front yard. The area is residential, very quiet and the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and those mega resorts on either side of the island. You’ll also find this location convenient to either side of the island as it is approximately half way between Poipu and Princeville.

Great view, convenient location, but very basic accomodations

The cottage has a great view of the ocean, is conveniently located midway up the coast for sightseeing both south and north, has a well-tended yard and is clean. But it is a very basic, stripped-down, bare-bones house, particularly the kitchen. If you're looking for a base camp for outings to other parts of the island and you eat most meals out, it's perfectly adequate. But if you're looking for a charming, peaceful place to spend a lot of time relaxing and cooking, this probably isn't for you. And since the next-door neighbor feeds the chickens, the yard is overrun with MANY constantly crowing roosters.
