  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the place - been here twice before and will likely try to get the same place next year. One thought though is that the sofa furniture is becoming a little uncomfortable with upholstery and pillows becoming mis-shapen. We felt sitting at the ends of the sofa they were sagging toward the middle - minor point really.

Reviewer Comments: Everything perfect but could use an update to the deck furniture, presently a mixture of cheap uncomfortable plastic chairs, only one full size adult chair. Everything else perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachwalk 122 is an ideal island residence. The property is located near Coligny Village and the public beaches. Seashore Vacations personnel are always cooperative and ready to assist with making your stay on the island a pleasant experience. I have called on Seashore for business and family trips to South Carolina since 2000. Seashore Vacations is an excellent organization with many viable properties available year round. I appreciate my association with this fine company.

We really enjoyed our three days at Beachwalk. The unit was in a good location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy staying at Beachwalk for its convenient location to the beach. Our unit is always clean and has a nice newer kitchen. The unit's interior is showing some wear around the edges which require attention. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We enjoy HHI immensely and look forward to vacationing there again next year.

Came over to Seashore Vacation after a bad experience (another company) two years ago. Buddy was kind enough to meet me and my family on a Sunday morning at this property. Because of that and the office staff I will continue to do business with Seashore Vacation.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at 122 Beachwalk and we enjoyed it even more since we were familiar with the location of area services, where to eat, etc. Other than a few very minor maintenance issues, the unit is one I would highly recommend for those who are interested in being very near the beach. It's particularly suited to guests with small children as it's on the ground level and is usually graced with small children above you in unit 123 ;-) While it lacks any appreciable view, it has a nice (though a bit dirty) deck. It would also be nice to have a gas grill available for outdoor use.
