Westminster apartment description
This is a terrific apartment in the heart of Paddington, London just a few minutes walk from Paddington Railway Station (where the Heathrow Express arrives), Edgware Road, Hyde Park etc.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a corner building on an attractive, quiet block. Spread over two floors, it has a spacious, bright living room, a large, eat-in kitchen and two bedrooms on the top floor, a master bedroom and smaller bedroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is both a high quality folding bed and an airbed also available. There is both a washer and dryer and wi-fi. The apartment was renovated in January, so has been freshly painted and has never looked better!
All the amenities are extreme close: three grocery stores (Tesco's Paddington, Marks and Spencer's food hall) are literally around the corner; Paddington and Edgware Rd. Tube stops are a couple minutes walk; Hyde Park is 4 minutes walk; and the area has numerous restaurants of all kinds nearby. My favourite local places are the Middle Eastern restaurants on Edgware Rd. and the Front Line Club restaurant on Norfolk Place. There are also numerous pubs in the area!
The apartment is privately owned by me, but is professionally managed by a company that specializes in VRBO rentals. They ensure the apartment is immaculate before each rental and any issues during a guest's stay are resolved.
The flat is a great base for a visit to London. Because of the light and space, it's really nice to spend time in, but it's location also couldn't be more central.

We stayed at this nice apartment in London for four days last November 2013. It has a great location, Jasper was great with us, and if he is not available Rowan or Peter will take care of you. Peter is a nice young person that greets you at your arrival, very helpful as well. The apartment is equipped with everything if you will like to have meals inside. It has also a great price for a great location, and pubs available everywhere. Although it has only one bathroom, we did not have any problem, we had plenty of warm water for all the family. We will stay for sure next time we travel to London.

Good base to explore London from. Handy to tube, bus, and Paddington Station. 3 supermarkets within 1 to 2 blocks. Walking distance to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Good size rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities were really handy. Owner couldn't have been more helpful to deal with.

This apartment had everything my family of five needed for our week-long stay in London. As advertised, it was a short walk from Paddington Station, making it easy get to get around - both within London and beyond. The larger bedroom easily accommodated our three children, thanks to the extra, fold-away camp-bed Jasper was kind enough to supply. Grocery stores, drug stores, pubs and restaurants were all a very easy stroll from our door. The eat-in kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for quick and easy breakfasts and packing lunches. The living room was comfortable, and we appreciated that it was on a different floor from the bedrooms. While not exactly luxurious, overall, the apartment provided us with a wonderful week in London.

We appreciate your efforts to set up the internet which was necessary for my husband to stay in contact with his office while we were on holiday. The apartment was very clean and all the necessary amenities were provided. We would recommend your apartment to anyone looking for a centrally located apartment in London, easy tube ride to all the sites. Many pubs nearby, our favorite was the Monkey Puzzle Pub, just a short walk away.
