  Hi, We really loved your place and had a great time and would love to return Your unit is spacious , clean and well maintained I love the fact that you offer free parking and wifi The hotel is great Great service and amenities There were only 3 things that could be improved First and foremost , there are not enough tanning chairs by the pool Secondly, your tv is extremely slow to change channels Thirdly the pillows are way too soft Finally, the shower knob that regulates temperature is not ideal and actually a bit dangerous especially for kids Overall, I would rate the experience an 8.5 out of10 See you in a few months Andrew Sent from my iPhone

  Owner response: Yes, we do have free valet parking and it is a perk that many guests inquire about. Although you do not need a car to enjoy the beach and the attractions in the area, a car is so useful in exploring the city and may be making an excursion to South Beach, Miami.   The property was great and the establishment was not loud like the W. Property was clean and well maintained. I will be a return customer hopefully in the next couple months and recommend this property to those seeking a nice place to stay on ft. lauderdale beach. The owner even made a courtesy call to make sure things were proper and in order, good to know some people still know how to provide stellar customer service in our society today. Regards, Dr. J. L.   This is an excellent property and the hotel room was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and it was nice to have such a large hotel room with some kitchen facilities. The view of the ocean and the pool was magnificent. People had complained of traffic noise but it was hardly noticeable and definitely you could not hear any noise with the balcony door closed. The owner Henry was very accommodating and available to answer questions. We would return to this property again and hope to do so soon.

  Good location, next to beach. easy walk / short drive to restraunts around the town. not far for day trip to everglade. many options for fishing / snorkeling tours nearby. hotel has heated pool/hot tub. watching sunrise right off the balcony

  Henry, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful. He called us upon arrival to make sure everything was okay. He even had the frig stocked with an assortment of beverages for us. The view from this room is absolutely breathtaking - couldn't get enough of it! The room was beautiful and clean. I was very surprised and happy to find that we were in a corner unit with two exposures. The blackout drapes did not let one bit of sunlight in, allowing us to sleep as late as we needed. The beds were soooo comfy! The front desk and floating staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had one meal in the restaurant - sat on the front porch overlooking the ocean for breakfast one morning - and it was very good. There were so many restaurants withing walking distance - The Deck nextdoor had great banana daiquiris and quesadillas. Publix supermarket is within walking distance and right next to Burgerfi - GREAT burgers! (It's also across the street from an upscale, indoor mall.) I would definitely return and stay in Henry's unit again! Sad to be back in New York with boots and a winter jacket! Thank you Henry!!

If shopping is your leisure pursuit, did you try the SawGrass Mills Outlet Mall? It is a sprawling indoor mall, which keeps on growing every year.   This rental was exactly as described and Henry was pleasant and informative when answering all my questions. He made the process of renting from an owner extremely easy and followed up quickly by email and even called us during our stay to ensure all was as expected and that we were happy. The staff at The Atlantic Resort & Spa were very attentive to our needs and always addressed us by name when arriving by car through valet service or just strolling through the lobby, which is a welcomed personal touch to any vacation. As far as the location.... Fort Lauderdale delivers a great vacation experience and The Atlantic is in a prime location for enjoying a quieter atmosphere on the beach just outside your front steps or take a short stroll down to Las Olas Blvd to be in the middle of all the action. Beautiful beaches and great restaurants! Thanks Henry for a fantastic vacation experience!
