‘Casa redonda’ is a 7000 sq ft. Stunning home, uniquely designed for outdoor living and entertainment with spectacular 360 degree views of the pacific ocean, mountains, river and rainforests. Nestled in tropical gardens and surrounding lawns, casa redonda has three beautiful bedrooms en suite, each with their own magnificent views. A wrap around terrace provides the perfect places to enjoy the rising or setting sun and to luxuriate in the cooling mountain breezes. Enjoy fresh juices at the mini pool bar or cozy cocktails at the indoor bar adjacent to the pool. For those feeling a little more energetic, try a glass of wine under the starlit skies at the roof bar, three flights up on spiraled stone stairways.
Beautiful sand stone covers the ground floor, which is completely open plan, with wrought iron gated arches that open out into the tropical gardens, giving a relaxing and airy outdoor atmosphere. A large sky-blue kitchen overlooks a dining room which seats twelve guests, as well as a gorgeous living room with 30 ft. Domed ceiling and chandeliers. Relaxing sofas encircle the floor and a wet bar looks out onto the adjoining semi circle infinity pool--which also sports it’s own mini bar where one can dip, dine or just enjoy the magnificent coastal views!
Coming full circle on the ground floor is a cinema room with satellite television, high definition 3-D projector and DVD player, surround sound, and leather reclining sofas. The cinema room also features an en suite full bathroom and may be converted to an extra bedroom if need be.
1st floor: open floor-plan with a central stone spiral staircase reaching 3 floors up. Beautiful black ironwork arches open to the gardens and a cozy corner wet bar that leads to the pool. A cinema room with reclining sofas can also convert to a 4th bedroom en suite.
2nd floor: huge open master bedroom en suite with jacuzzi and 2 additional large bedrooms en suite.
3rd floor: roof area with daybeds and plenty of entertainment room.
4th floor: rooftop bar under the stars.

Our 10 day stay at this house was nothing short of magical, we went into it somewhat unknown as the home is new and just listed so we didn't know what to expect as there wasn't any feedback. We were not to be disappointed!, having visited Nosara for several years, this one really exceeded all of our expecations. The location is on the top of a mountain overlooking the valley, river and Ocean, it is the most awesome view, and we just couldn't pull ourselves out of the pool it was so beautiful. The house itself is totally unique, it is all rounds and full of arches and incredible details, we just spent hours walking around it and marvelling at all the wonderful detail. I could probably write a book about this place, it really defies explanation!!..oh, on the top of the house is a bar, you can see 360 degree view of forest, river valley and ocean. The rooms are spectacular, all modern conveniences, huge window open up onto the views. On top of it all the owners were so lovely!...they were so accomodating and made everything so perfect, this was the trip of a lifetime, we are so happy would took that risk of the unknown and picked this house, our biggest concern now is that it will not be booked for our next trip, we will definately return here, we haven't stopped talking about the place since we left.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband and I are both from Europe but have been intrepid travelers our whole lives, living in many countries. We spend our time between Sweden, North Carolina and Costa Rica and believe we have found the perfect combination of places to live.

We have everything we could possibly want here: privacy, serenity, the most spectacular views, and still close proximity to the beaches and shops. The rainforest and valleys give a feeling of living amongst botanical gardens and the flora and fauna are incomparable.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We had our unique round home totally custom built, with unbeatable views and tropical gardens. It took 4 years to build after finding the perfect spot high on top of the rainforest. We wake up everyday to the sounds of howler monkeys, parrots and parakeets--it is a paradise !!!
