The kitchen has everything you need except groceries and you can purchase those at a nearby Publix Supermarket on the New Smyrna Beach island or mainland. The kitchen includes a new range and oven (Feb. '13) and a new Microwave Oven (Feb. '13), new Refrigerator and Ice Maker and Dishwasher (2011). The condo includes a tastefully decorated dining area, living room with two large couches and lounge chair. Carpet and tile throughout the condo are regularly professionally cleaned and maintained (Feb. '13). The kitchen has a utility closet with a washer and dryer. The bedrooms have new comfortable queen size beds with private baths. New flat screen TVs are in the bedrooms and living room. The Master bath includes a jacuzzi hot tub. Smoking or pets are not allowed inside or on the porches of this condo.
