About the owner: Sanibel has become a revered getaway for our family. We started going down to Sanibel in the '70's. While some of the storefronts have changed, Sanibel is still that special stress-free place where our family (now 3 generations) can just relax and be with each other. Our favorite activities are: 1) Biking to 'The Bean' -- a wonderful coffee place on the island 2) Watching the sunset from the Blind Pass beach 3) Shelling 4) LONG walks on the beach 5) The Recreation Center - PERFECT for everyone in the family -- 'Splash pad' for kids, exercise classes and full work-out machines and weights for adults, and basketball gym and lap pool.
