This was our first time ever renting a villa and I have to say that Stephen and Gloria were wonderful hosts. Their villa was clean, beautiful, and well furnished with everything you would need and the kids LOVED the private heated pool. The location was perfect for our trips to Disney and SeaWorld. We have had the pleasure of staying at the villa on 2 occasions. The house is very child friendly with all the conveniences of home. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Solana is a wonderful resort community that is perfect for a family vacation. Gloria has been very accommodating, friendly, and a joy to deal with. My Wife and I have stayed in the Villa twice now. We very much enjoyed the experience! Booking was easy! Payment was easy! Directions to the villa were very straight foreward. The Villa is beautiful! Very clean! For the price I would much rather this than some cheesy hotel room :-) We will definitley be back again! Awesome time in Florida !Did you find this review helpful? Our corporate team of 5 adults stayed at your Villa for a business trip in 2012, each with our own room. Making arrangements was fast and easy, the experience was professional and friendly, and arrival instructions were clear. The Villa itself was clean and beautiful, with comfortable furniture and plenty of things to do. We saved a lot of money and had a much better experience staying together in a house - many laughs all around. We had a fabulous time in the villa. I would love to still be there as a matter of fact we did not want to leave at all. Everything was fabulous and we found it to be in the perfect location for everything that we needed. We will be back again for sure and would love to stay in either of your villas. I will also tell everyone we know of our fabulous accommodations while we were there and hopefully you will get a few referrals. We just got home from a month at the villa and all We can think about is going back!!! What a great place to go and relax. The villa location is so central to Disney and easy access to all the activities that central Florida has to offer!!!! The pool and hot tub out the back door was fabulous our son spent on average 3 hours a day enjoying it and is now a great swimmer.
