Pink Shell Vacation Villas is a privately owned building on the no hassle traffic North end of Ft Myers Beach. Times Square, Central Ft Myers Beach is a short beach walk, a ten minute sidewalk stroll or you can pick up the trolley that stops right outside the building to take you to all the dining, the evening entertainment, and the shopping Ft Myers Beach offers. This unit has a King bed master suite, with a full bath & a masterbedroom Gulf view balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with the 2nd bath right next to it. Cooking is easy in your granite topped and stainless kitchen. A stove top, convection microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, with all utensils, are available to create that great beach meal. Adjacent to your kitchen is a dining table and a granite topped breakfast bar that allows you guest interaction while you are hard at work in your home-away kitchen. The livingroom has a Lazy Boy pull out couch, a love seat & a side chair with a flat screen TV. Through the livingroom you can enter the large beach front balcony that presents the panoramic unobstructed view of the white sandy Beach, the back bay boating channel where it meets the Gulf of Mexico, Florida's natural Bowditch Park, and Sanibel Island in the distance. We absolutely loved our stay! We all agreed it is the best place we've stayed on Fort Myers Beach. We love the quiet north end of the beach, but still being so close to the pier for restaurants, etc. The condo is lovely and the views just don't get any better. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I would highly recommend this condo! We hope to return next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: The north end of the island has been the most well kept secret for so many years. Now that our guests have visited and stayed on the North End they agree with us that it is the best location on Ft Myers Beach. Thanks for the best rating, we really enjoy fulfilling the ultimate beach vacation.

Recently stayed at this fantastic condo for a week in early May. Everything was as listed. Unit was well supplied and we enjoyed the complimentary mimosas! Beautiful water views from all windows. Sunrise from the master bedroom balcony and sunset from the living room balcony. One of my favorite spots was the dining room table as you could see both the gulf and the boats coming in and out from the bay area. Unit was clean and well maintained. Had a problem with the TV in the living room the first day that was promptly taken care of by the owner. Area was not at all crowded as it is the last unit on the north end. It was just a short walk to Time's Square for shopping and restaurant's. We enjoyed the pizza at the Times Square pizza place and had a great meal at the greek restaurant in Times Square. Were able to enjoy outside seating at both. Visited Six Mile Cypress Swamp and enjoyed the boardwalks and saw lots of birds, gators and wild boars. Went sailing with Captain Dan of Magic Winds Sailing - Captain Dan was very personable and knowledgeable and we had a great sail. This condo wins for the best views of any place we have stayed! Hope to be back again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful week at the beach! The condo was wonderful! View was amazing! Very Clean! Quiet Sunsets! Great place to get away!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
