You will feel right at home in this completely remodeled 4 bedroom/2 bath, 2400 square foot brick rancher. Well appointed and immaculately clean, this warm and spacious home will make your Colorado visit relaxing and memorable.
Ground level features an open floor plan. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Living room has a wood burning fireplace. Hardwood floors in the living area and upstairs bedrooms.
Downstairs you will find a large family room with 50 inch LCD TV, 2 bedrooms, laundry facilities and bathroom.
There are queen size beds in three bedrooms and a full size bed in the fourth. All mattresses are high quality and very comfortable. The living room and family room each have queen size sleeper sofas. A day bed with trundle in the family room provides extra seating for watching movies and additional sleeping space at night.
Grill up a steak dinner in the enormous back yard or drive just minutes to any of the highly rated restaurants in the area and let them do the cooking for you!
A one car attached garage and street parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in front of the house. Alley access to the back yard allows for parking of up to another 8 vehicles inside the 6 foot cedar privacy fence.
