Words cannot express the experience at the amazing house here in lovely Englewood Isles! The house was complete (without exxageration) and the neighbors are great. I was able to wake up in the morning and run with my 12 yr old daughter and was greeted by many, the amenities within the property were complete and exceeded expectation. This home is a must rent! The owners, well let me just start by saying that not only are they personable, but they go out of their way to ensure you have all of the items you need.... even if it is not something that is normally "stocked" in the home. Our family & the family we rented along with this year in 2013 will surely be renting again during the next trip to the WFL area. For us, it does not matter if you are in need of Englewood Fl. or Sarasota, we would come back HOME here and enjoy it once again! Thank you Pat & Lewis for everything you both have done for us and we look forward to seeing you again in the future. Marc, Theresa & the girls. Description of this property is completely accurate. We loved the home and the neighborhood. The real "plus" of this home is the outdoor living. The house opens up to create seamless living, inside and out. The lanai is covered which allows you to enjoy breezes, even a rainstorm, without getting too hot or wet. Pool is large and heated. Even in February we swam almost every day. Kitchen is well equipped, TVs are great, home was clean. You can get to a great beach in less then 10 minutes. Lots of good restaurants closeby, some day trips to Venice, Boca Grande, Sarasota (don't miss Ringling), Siesta Key are well worth it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We love the climate in south Florida and have spent many years summering with our children at the beach, boating and fishing. As retirement approaches we look forward to living there full time.

This home is located in the deed restricted community of Engelwood Isles which is safe, friendly and well kept. Our neighbors walk their dogs daily and stop to chat, making us feel at home as soon as we moved in.

The house has been beautifully maintained and we fell in love with its openness and comfort. The pool is large and inviting, and the lanai is where we spend our time. I love the beautiful palm in the side yard, too.
