Located in Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County on the Central Coast of California between the Santa Ynez Mountains to the South and San Rafael Mountains to the North.
Perfect for snowbirds or spring/summer for those who live in warmer areas; 30 miles from Santa Barbara. Get away from Los Angeles and just melt into the quiet country atmosphere.
Golf, tennis, wine tasting, live theater, shopping, horseback riding, hiking, bicycling, restaurants, petting zoos, swimming and surf whatever suits you.
Large home (2,500 sq. ft.) with large back yard perfect for get-togethers, gas BBQ, heater, fire pit and a lot of room to entertain both inside and out.
Inside large screen TV's, (3) cable, wireless internet, large fully equipped kitchen, game room with pool table, den, dining room and large front yard, long driveway and plenty of parking.
House has hardwood floors, carpeting, air conditioning, laundry room, stereo through out house, gas fireplace and extremely comfortable.
There are three bedrooms - Master has a Cal King with large bathroom, patio and large screen TV and DVD player; Guest rooms both have Queen beds.
Den has a very large screen TV, DVD player with leather couch with 2 recliners built in as well as plenty of room for everyone. Den couch can comfortably be slept on and room has doors to make it private.
Chumash Casino - 5 minutes away.
Cachuma Lake only 15 minutes away.
Gaviota Beach located 20 minutes away.
Over 100 wineries in the Santa Ynez area.
Great skateboarding at Hans Christian Anderson Park.
Nojaqui Falls park located 5 miles up Alisal Glenn Road.

This property, and the management, are top notch. Everything you could want for a weekend stay in Solvang. The backyard is fantastic, we used the fire pit to make smores and had a nice relaxing brunch in the morning. The inside is equally great with all the cooking amenities you could ask for. We will definitely come back and have already made plans to make this an annual trip.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

This was a GREAT place and GREAT experience.. Clean, bigger than it looks in the photos. Nice backyard. Very central to all areas in wine country! We will definitely stay here again! We regularly stay at this home and love the size, cleanliness and friendly owner. NO Hassles, no waiting, and best of all, the home is IMMACULATE. We stayed there for the weekend of the Solvang century ride 3/8-10. The house was great, nice, clean, large and amenities were wonderful. Location was excellent, walking distance to downtown. We truly enjoyed the house and all that is offers for our our girls get-a-way! There is plenty to do there and being so close to Solvang made it great to be able to walk to and from. Great setting, BBQ was wonderful and the kitchen set up was nice for all of us girls to wonder in and out to eat, drink and be merry all out on our own!!!!! We will be back for wine tours next and concerts in town!
