About the owner: We purchased this property in 2006 as a weekend / vacation home. We live in Big Bear and come down for relaxing weekends to enjoy the pools, golf, and warm weather.

We have family in the area and had visited the area frequently. We chose to buy the property in Legacy Villas because of the comprehensive amenities and centralized location. We love the abundance of pools and breathtaking views of the mountains.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our unit is centrally located down the esplanade from the clubhouse and family pools and overlooks the center fountain that runs the length of our building. We have three patio areas, two with large greenbelt lawn areas with fountain views which makes a nice backdrop for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have also upgraded the furnishings in the living room and put in WiFi which is included in the rate for this property.
