Our condominium is a beautifully furnished converted into one bedroom unit approximately 500 sq.ft., with partial ocean view, balcony, twenty-four hour security, laundry room, and remodeled in-ground outdoor pool and gym. Remodeled air conditioned lounge. Located in the very touristic Condado area of San Juan
There is a full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen including two range stove top, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker,blender, cookware, etc. The balcony runs the whole length of the apartment. There are two TVs with cable (one with DVD player, stereo system, queen-size bed, and a new full-size futon. The apartment is also equipped with central air.
Across from the Marriott Hotel, Casino, and restaurants. It is a short block to beach, and one block away from twenty-four hour Walgreens. The building features promenade and attractive boutiques, as well as Parisian-style cafe. Take advantage of tours to rain forest, snorkeling, etc., available at Marriott Hotel across from the building. Cyber-net cafe is within walking distance. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS IN LOBBY!!
You will find great restaurants and entertainment, as well as luxury hotels and casinos in the vicinity of the condominium. It is only a short bus or taxi ride to and from the airport, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and shopping malls.

My wife and I stayed in Aida's apartment Nov. 4-14. It is very comfortable and cozy. It has everything you will need for an extended stay. It is a very secure location and close to good shopping and restaurants. The beach is a block away. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a lively area.

We stayed in Aida's condo Feb 6-16, 2009. What a great deal! Everything was as advertised. Our 6-yr-old daughter just loved the easy walk to the beach (and to Burger King).

We stayed 6 nights in this beautiful condo. The condo was equipped with everything you need: beach chairs, boogie board, etc. Also, great to have underground parking for the car. If you don't feel like driving it was so nice to be within walking distance to the beach, Walgreens, great restaurants. Ashford has a beautiful pool and workout room that we had to ourselves every time we went. Aida was very thorough and kind. We look forward to going back.
