About the owner: I live in the downstairs apartment with my family and I work for the Parliament of Canada. Originally from Vancouver,British Columbia, we moved to Ottawa 10 years ago and love it. I like to get places on foot and this location is perfect. The downtown CBD is 30 mins of walking. Governor General's and Rideau Falls are 30 mins in the other direction. Byward Market is 15 and New Edinburgh village is 15 the other way. Je parle français. Yo hablo espagnol.

Why the Owner Chose Ottawa:
We love the neighbourhood. Is is a quiet downtown suburb: close to everything with a mix of families and young professionals. We moved to this property in order to have some 'fun' gutting and renovating an old building.

The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
This apartment is beautifully laid out with large dining and living rooms as well as three bedrooms nicely spaced out in separate corners of the apartment. The large, private, covered, balcony is a gorgeous place to sit and have a coffee or glass of wine in any weather. There are windows on every side of the house so the light is always streaming in somewhere.
