This cottage is a very short walk to Mother's Beach. We are 3 houses back from the ocean on Valley Ave. Our home has an open layout for the kitchen and living area. The living area tastefully furnished. There are 3 bedrooms. One queen bed, one full bed, and the third room has bunk beds and a twin bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer. You will love the convenience of linens and towels that are available for your use. There is a deck with a dining table that seats four, a BBQ and parking for 2 cars.

About the owner: Welcome to my home. This has been my family's summer home since 1972. I recently purchased this home from my mom. I have been living in NYC for the last 20 years. I vacation in Maine whenever I have free time. I went to Bowdoin College and love all Maine has to offer. I would be happy to share with you my favorite places if you would like some recommendations.
Why the Owner Chose Kennebunk Beach:
I think you will love the location and charm of my home. Being so close to the beach has to be my favorite feature. There is nothing better than being able walk, run or cycle in such a beautiful location. For those of you unfamiliar with Kennebunk Beach, there is strict zoning that prevents commercialization along the beach. It keeps the traffic to a minimum and allows you to truly enjoy the beauty of the beach! My home is decorated in white and blue in the living areas. The bedrooms have bright summer prints. I think you will like the bright feel and cheeriness of the cottage.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
There is a Nespresso espresso maker so bring some nespresso pods to enjoy. If you like to bake you are in luck because so do I. You will find all you need to bake your favorites while you are here. Outdoor grilling is also available by gas grill. Enjoy the dinner you made on the deck at the table that seats 4. If you are like me, you may also need to stay connected so enjoy wifi and cable. Linens, towels, condiments, spices are also provided. If you have a dog, let's talk. I am willing to negotiate the possibility of your best friend joining you on your vacation in my home.
