A piece of heaven on the Lake. The peacefulness and beauty is what will astound you!! Enjoy your coffee or book in the screened in patio overlooking the lake-watch the fishermen trying to catch their dinner.

Or maybe you would like to sit on the double swing outside your bedroom and watch the swans come for their bread. You can feed them right from your dock.

No matter what room your in, your view of the lake is fantastic!! Enjoy the setting where great movies were filmed-right on the lake: Dirty Dancing, The Last of the Mohicans, A Breed Apart and Firestarter.

There is ample parking for two to three cars. Walk into a full modern and stocked kitchen. The second bathroom is also on this level.

Walk down a few steps and you are in the livingroom which has a brand new queen sleeper sofa. This is where the screened in porch is found with a wooden table just for checkers and your indoor patio set. When it is cold outside, enjoy the antique wood burning stove/fireplace.

Walk down a spiral staircase into the bedroom area. This fabulous lake home has three bedrooms:the master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

The master bathroom has just been remodeled with a shower large enough for FOUR!!!! Both the upstairs and downstairs have their own central air-conditioning/heating systems.

Roll out of bed right into the water--or fish right from your dock. You can also fish in the Rocky Broad River which is stocked with trout (don't forget to get your fishing license).

If you like to golf, there are golf courses minutes from the house--bring your golf clubs!!!
