I took a large group of Senior boys and girls to the beach house for the weekend. We had such a Wonderful Time!!! The house is just beautiful and has everything you need. Just a short walk to the beach which was gorgeous!! The owners are great people and their neighbors are wonderful as well. Would come back again anytime!! Thank you for letting us come visit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Our time at this property was VERY ENJOYABLE! The home is immaculate! The pictures don't tell the full story of it's beauty. It's located just steps from the beach, with amazing views of the ocean from the house. The big ones as well as little ones enjoyed the crabbing pier directly across the street. The owners were great people as well, I will definetly return. Thanks again!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Security Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of stay based on the condition of the way it was left. Upon checkout please clean anything used and put it all back where it was upon arrival. Linens from beds and any towels used should be left in front of washer and dryer for the cleaning crew to inspect and wash.

About the owner: My family and I live in the Houston Area and built this house to be a place where life long family memories can be made. We fell in love with Surfside because of the people who are local and the laid back atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The Property is located right beside Stahlmann Park and is second row from the beach. There are 2 decks. One deck is located outside of the master with a stunning view of the beach and the ocean. You can also enjoy watching whatever might be going on at the convention center if you and your family aren't part of it. The other deck outside the front door and is great for entertaining or just relaxing next to the beach!
