This property was exactly as described! Beautiful view of Gulf and incredible sunsets!! Perfect location on the West end of the strip...within walking distance to Pier Park, Winn Dixie, CVS, several pizza restaurants, and even a fresh seafood market. We didn't have to brave the infamous "Front Beach Road" traffic, unless we wanted to. Use Hwy 98 to get wherever you want to go in PCB! The owner/manager was very helpful as this was our first time using VRBO. We loved the condo decor, the cleanliness, and the conveniences that the condo had to offer. Very well stocked to cook/eat in and relax. We hope you enjoy AquaVista and Simply Heaven as much as we did!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This is a place you will never want to leave! Facing the ocean with wall to wall windows for a perfect view. Spectacular sunsets! Perfect location! Very tastefully decorated with all the amenities. The property is beautiful. Very nice on site pool and hot tub. All this with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. We cannot wait to go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
