Please visit our two bedroom, two bath oceanview condo. This condominium is on the ground-floor and very spacious. We're located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, but it's just a five-minute drive to the famous Historic District of St. Augustine.
Spend the day sightseeing. Enjoy visiting the Oldest House, the Oldest Schoolhouse, The Fort, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth, Shrine of Our Lady of Le Leche, the famous Lightner Museum, and many other museums, The Alligator Farm, Flagler College, San Sebastian Winery, along with the many attractions Historic St. Augustine has to offer. And if you want to shop, St. Augustine offers shopping, shopping, and more shopping at a variety of specialty shops, art galleries, and clothing boutiques.
Maybe you'd like to relax while listening to the ocean waves, bathing in our Florida sun or floating on ocean surf!!!
Enjoy St. Augustine's energy-filled nightlife,with restaurants too many to choose from. After dinner, visit a pub offering world-wide imported beers or maybe dance the night away to your favorite type of music. You could also enjoy a quiet evening listening to

What a wonderful place, close to everything, perfect for our family of 4 but could hold more. Desk help was great. Only down side beach access was closed last three days, but was no fault of owner, If we ever get to ST. Augustine again would stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Very nice place. Stone's throw to the beach and ocean. Crisp, clean pool. Some things to do at a very small walk and more to do with a 10-15 minute drive. Grocery, convenience and dining very close. Attractive price for that time of year. Very enjoyable vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I'm originally from New Orleans but moved to Florida because of my love for the beaches. Growing up, I would travel to Pensacola frequently for the weekend. When moving away from home for college, the most appealing place was, of course, Florida. I moved to Tampa and have lived there since 1980. I am so blessed to have vacation rental properties to share with you.
Why the Owner Chose Pier Point South:
When I was four-years old, my parents and older sister traveled to St. Augustine. We had old 35mm movies. The movies helped me remember all the special places we had visited, the oldest school, the oldest house, the oldest jail, the Fountain of Youth, etc.
St. Augustine has always held a very special place in my heart; and then, in 2002 my father died on the Feast of St. Augustine, which began bitter-sweet feelings. On my father's birthday, June 19th, I had a mass said for Dad at the Cathedral in St. Augustine. While visiting for the mass, I located this unit. Dad was a jazz musician playing the trumpet in New Orleans for over 50 years. St. Augustine reminds me of a mini-New Orleans. We've nicknamed this unit Ocean Music in honor of Dad. It is truly a gift from him.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I enjoy walking on the beach every day. There's an ice cream shop right next door! I'll drive to the Historic District to stroll around or have dinner; and, of course, attend mass at the Cathedral. There's so much to do. There's always something new we can do, even after visiting so many times.
