The Beach Club Doral Penthouse 4 is an elegant, 'well-kept' one bedroom condo with 1.5 baths with a King bed and sofa sleeper. It located right on the Beach with a Direct View of the sugar white sandy beach and Gulf of Mexico. The living room and master bedroom lead to the large nicely furnished balcony and has granite and lighting upgrades.
The Master bedroom adjoins a private full bath with a jetted tub with a shower, plus a walk-in closet. The additional half bath is conveniently located near the entry door.
You will enjoy the 2 HDTVs & DVD players in the living room and master bedroom. The large comfortable sofa converts to a bed making this condo perfect for a small family or just a couple! The oversized chair and ottomans provides additional seating and comfort.
The rich coastal accents and art compliment the solf neutral tans and earth tones, creating an elegant atmosphere for your stay.
The dining table has seating for 4, plus 2 barstools. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances including a dishwasher and all minor appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer and more. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware.
The bed and bath linens are provided. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility area for your convenience.
You will have access to the pools and jacuzzi at the foot of the towers and may patron the shops in the Clubhouse and at the front of the resort.
Since the owner is a member of The Club, you will have access to the private amenities as well with a daily fee, payable at The Club Desk in person for the days you choose. These private amenities include an indoor heated pool, large community pool with poolside entertainment and Tiki Bar and Grill, fitness center, tennis courts and much more!
