This spacious and beautiful, two-bedroom, two full bath condominium is a corner unit with covered parking,located on the second floor with a corner balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and the Readington Beach fishing pier.

Master bedroom has a queen-size bed with large walk-in closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds with a larage walk-in closet and a private bathroom. Beachside pool and jacuzzi, spacious deck with tiki huts, tables, and chairs are provided to guests. Waverunners, lounges, and umbrellas are available for rental on the beach. This is a SMOKE-FREE CONDOMINIUM UNIT with NO PETS, located on North Readington Beach, Florida next to the North Readington Beach Fishing Pier.

Our Ram Sea I condo Unit 209 is located 17200 Gulf Blvd next to the Double Tree (former Hilton) Hotel, 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens, and 90 minutes from attractions in Orlando Disney World area. Trolley runs in front of the condominium along Gulf Boulevard between Clearwater Beach and Saint Petersburg Beach where you will find shopping, restaurants, and John's Pass. At John's Pass you can rent boats for leisure, deep-sea fishing, para sailing, dolphin watching, day cruises and much more.

  • Many, many thanks for the use of your lovely condo. We very much enjoyed staying there for the month of February. This was the first time we have stayed away from home for a whole month. Usually we were gone for only 14 to 15 days and sometimes less. I thought I might I get antys and want to go home, but, I must say we were very content and we certainly had everything we could possibly want or need. We felt very much at home and enjoyed our surrounding. Walking the beach every day was the best. Looking forward to staying at your condo again sometime in the near future.

  • This is our 2nd year staying at Ram Sea unit 209 and we love it! We stay the 2nd or 3rd week in March, and the weather has been in the 80's and sunny. The condo is spacious and clean and has an absolute gorgeous view of the gulf! We have been up & down the coast in this area, and we think the beach is the nicest right here. No college aged kids around, mostly families. An overall great place to stay and we highly recommend it.

  • This is the second time that my family has stayed in this unit. The views and the location are wonderful. The unit itself is very comfortable and well maintained by the owners. The complex is just completing an exterior renovation giving it a nice curb appeal. Would recommend 209 Ram Sea 1 to any family. We hope to go back.

  • We stayed at this place May 4th through May 11th, 2008. Absolutely fantastic condo, with a view that is priceless. Everything was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed sunset walks, swims in the Gulf and the pool. The place is very kid friendly as well.

  • Thank you John & Katie. You went out of your way to make things comfortable. Your condo shows pride of ownership. The furnishings, decor and personal touches are beautiful, and everything we needed for a fantastic holiday was in the condo, from beach chairs to cookie sheets & garlic crusher. The premises were spotless when we arrived. The view was fantastic, being a corner unit, and we especially loved the swim pasts by the dolphins. The beach is unsurpassed for beauty and length. We will definitely be back when there are openings. Thank you again.

  • We were looking on the internet for somewhere near the beach and also had a swimming pool and lucky for us we were informed that this particular condo was avaliable so we booked it for our annual 2 week vacation. When we arrived at the apartment we knew straight away we had made a very wise choice as it is stunning. Within a couple of hours of being in the apartment it felt like we had been there for ages it feels like home it is so clean and bright and all the tools and appliances you need are already in the condo so you want for nothing all you have to do is just unpack your suitcase and relax. As for the views over the gulf and the beach can only be described in one way breathtaking. Swimming pool is warm and clean and guys out there cleaning and maintaining every day. As for the hot tub that is the hottest water i have ever been in I dont even have my bath water that hot. It is easily the best holiday we have ever had and we cant wait to get back over next year. I would also like to point out the service that we received from the guys at Century 21 on arriving and departing was exceptional.
