This tastefully appointed upscale home 3500sq ft Arts and Crafts home offers 4 bedrooms-(3 with queen beds,1 double) 3 bathrooms, 2 gas fireplaces, gorgeous antique fir floors throughout.
Kitchen, living and dining rooms are all open to each other with the most spectacular ocean
views.
There are 2 separate entertainment areas;cable;T.V;DVD; wifi throughout.
Our home is beautifully decorated inside, the gardens are spectacular.
Enjoy your days and evenings around the gas barbeque, outside eating area or the
hot tub, all of course right on the ocean.
Local restaurants are close by.
Sleeps 6 max, N/P,Strictly no smoking in house & property.

My husband and I have been fortunate enough to stay at Wendy & Bob's property a few times over the last few summers. It is a stunning home with everything you could possibly want for an incredible vacation. The whole back of the house faces the ocean with windows everywhere, you will find yourself looking out at the ocean constantly and you may even see a whale!! We did!! This is a great place to slow down and enjoy the view from your sunny patio, lounging on the lawn, walking the beach, or from the hot tub with a glass of bubbly!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

On the recommendation of their neighbours, our family stayed for our holiday last year for the first time and we would definitely come back again. Close to Vancouver, yet seeming far away. On the ocean, fresh sea breezes, windows open, well appointed and very comfortable, this house offers all the ambiance and amenities of home. The beach is stoney, and wonderful for younger children to explore tide pools when the tide is out - the stones heat the water for superb swimming, too. Great crabbing, if you have your own row boat. Sunsets are spectacular - the view to the lights of Nanaimo beautiful. Lots of positive adjectives describe this comfortable and roomy beach house. Great golf course very nearby. Relax or explore the Sunshine Coast. We'd go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

This Roberts Creek Beach House is the best kept secret that we have kept close to our heart for the more than 12 years that we have been annually renting from Wendy and Bob. The house is spectacularly located both in terms of its southwesterly face to the ocean and in its proximity to Vancouver- a short 40 minute ferry ride from West Vancouver and a 20 minute car drive from the ferry. Other amenities such as grocery shopping, golfing, kayak rental and restaurants are an easy 20 minute or less drive from the property. On the other hand there are opportunities for other sporting and dining adventures further along the beautiful Sunshine Coast if you are looking for all day trips such as hiking, cycling and fishing etc. No trip to the Sunshine Coast is complete without a day trip to see the amazing Skookumchuk Falls. The house itself and the property are beautifully appointed and maintained. A feeling of calm immediately washes over you as soon as you enter the winding side walk through the lovely English garden leading to the front door. Once inside the house the ocean can be seen from almost every room and the wide opening windows bring the sound and taste of the surf into the room. Wendy and Bob always provide directions to activities and restaurants and are immediately reachable by telephone at any time of day. My husband and I recommend their Beach House without resevation. Our favorite activities include kayak rental in nearby Gibson's or Robert'sCreek, cycling or the 50 minute stroll along Beach Avenue into Robert Creek to the Gumboot for coffee or the General Store for the newspapeer or a bottle of wine. We also enjoy the many fine restaurants in Gibson's including Smitty's Oyster Bar, Sweet Water Bistro and Chasters on the Esplanade. A daily must is one of the three Wheatberries for a cafe latte and muffin - either in Seschelt or Gibsons.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Additional information about rental rates
•A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Full payment if made within 45 days. Balance of payment 45 days prior to arrival. All bookings are considered 'tentative' and subject to loss until payment and signed rental agreement are received.
•Cancellations: deposits are non refundable for cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival. Outside of 60 days every effort will be made to re-rent the dates and, is successful may issue a refund equalling 50% of the deposit. Premature departure is liable to payment in full.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
A $200 cleaning fee is added to the rental.
A $500 damage deposit cheque is collected upon arrival and will be kept in trust and returned in full upon completion of a satisfactory inspection and if no additional costs are incurred including more than 4 hours cleaning. ($50 per person, per hour).

About the owner: A marriage of Kiwi and Canadian and a love of the ocean with a family of 3 children we were blessed to find this gorgeous piece of waterfront. We built our home with alot of attention to detail,love and care.The result is stunning! We decided to share our home through the summer months to couples and families who would love it as much as we do. Some of our guests have been coming for 12 years!
