Our downtown property is a favorite for travelers seeking all of seward just outside their door. This is your home away from home! Whether you are on a girlfriends getaway or you and your buddies are fishing, whatever the adventure- this is the place to gather and rest your head. This is a two bedroom house. There is one bathroom, a fully equipt kitchen and a spacious living room/dining room area. Each of the rooms have a twin and a queen bed. There is a third room that has a fold out double futon with a theperpedic matress on top. This room has curtains rather than a door. This is a beautiful, cozy house that will satisfy all your vacation needs.

The rate for the house is $245 per night plus taxes for 4 people. There is an additional $10/person. The house will sleep up to 9. You can add on additional rooms that each have a bathroom. The rooms are as follows: The Shell and Aloha rooms are $119 each per night for 2 people. The Mermaid and Admiral's rooms are $139 each per night for 2 people. There's a $10 charge each additional person.
You will be charged the day you arrive. A credit card will be used to hold your reservation.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
There is an additional 11% tax added onto all nightly/weekly stays. There is a 35.00 tax charged to all monthly rates.

About the owner: I have three children. They are 8, 10 and 3 years old. They are my favorite part of life. I grew up in Alaska, tried to go to college, then after three years of school I decided I'd rather travel the world. I traveled all through out Asia for a couple years. Staying over in Asia for 6 months then coming home for 6 months. I then did a couple road trips across the lower 48 then ended up packing my dog and my surfboard up in a 1978 Volkswagon and spent the next couple winters in Mexico surfing. That was pre-children life........ Now I fulfill my love of traveling by surrounding myself with adventurous people. I have been managing Sea Treasures Inn for 9 years now. Two years ago I began my own little hotel named Trailhead Lodging and a sweet little cafe inside my cousins laundromat called Sip N Spin. I am currently serving as a council member on the Seward City council because I didn't have enough going on already. Hahahaha. I still travel to Central America whenever the opportunity arises. My children and I speak Spanish and love the Latino cultures. When I have time, which is rare lately, I enjoy snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding, trail running and summiting mountains. Work and children are the highlights of my life currently. When you stay with me you will enjoy the independence of traveling your way. I am available in the morning hours at the cafe, and all the rest of the day via phone. I can help assist you with local transportation, trails, dining, things to do and answer any questions you may have about the area. I encourage my guests that want more attention from me to travel in the shoulder season. There are less guests which makes me more available. I would love to take anyone who wants a backcountry snowboarding experience, of course those with experience, into my backyard.
