Our pristine townhouse, constructed in 2004, is just minutes from the beach and a wide range of championship golf courses. Located in the newest section of the beautiful Bear Trap Village community, you can experience the challenge of the award-winning, 27-hole Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course or take the convenient beach shuttle for a relaxing day at the beach.
The Village at Bear Trap is conveniently located within a few hours of Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia, and is just three miles from the "quiet resorts" of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. Enjoy the Delmarva golf boom with numerous sea-side and inland courses within a half hour drive, or take the short trip to Ocean City, Maryland or Rehoboth Beach, Delaware (for great tax-free outlet shopping).
Our luxury townhouse features three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. The master bedroom is on the first floor, while the two upstairs bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The spacious living area is an open floor plan with living room with gas fireplace, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, and opens to a screened-in porch and deck. The laundry room and powder room are conveniently located on the first floor. A one-car garage is handy for beach and golf items. The house is completely furnished with elegant, but comfortable furnishings and tasteful artwork. There is a TV/DVD and stereo in the living room and TV/DVD or VCR units in all of the bedrooms. Two of the bedroom TVs are high definition. There are queen-size beds in the master and second bedroom, twin beds in the third, and a pull-out sofa in the living room.
Guest have full access to facilities and activities in the Bear Trap community, including outdoor pool and kiddie pool, indoor lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness facility with Cybex exercise equipment, two saunas, five Har-Tru tennis courts, and beach shuttle. (Fees apply.) There are numerous fine restaurants in the area and a full-service restaurant right at the club house at Bear Trap Dunes.
This property is also available for six or 12 month rental as of September 2008.
