This villa is the perfect location having the use of your own private waterfront, and just minutes away Sandpoint’s walking town, home of Coldwater Creek. Situated on Lakeshore drive near Sandpoint’s Long bridge, provides excellent year round access to the villa.
Schweitzer Mountain has many attractions, from summer biking trails, horseback riding, to skiing. This is a short 15-mile drive, or take the seasonal shuttle from town.
There are several nice locations to play tennis within the town of Sandpoint. City Beach, with its harbors, sandy beach, and picnic pavilions, has two fabulous courts across from a waterfront restaurant.
There are many scenic drive routes in the area, in addition, your choice of activities are endless. If it didn’t fit in your suitcase most likely you can rent it; watercrafts, horses, bikes, ski, snowboards, snowmobiles and more.
If relaxing is your preference, that can be accommodated out back of the villa on one of the several decks overlooking Lake Pend Orielle and the panoramic mountain range by day and the lights of Sandpoint by night.
A refreshing dip in the lake is right out the back door off the private boat dock. Please come and enjoy the beauty of Northern Idaho.
