Everyday is a ski day instead of a travel day! We are just a 30 minute drive by interstate highway from the Salt Lake International Airport. Red Pine Condominiums are located just 200 yards from the base of The Canyons Resort and within walking distance of the cabriolet (people mover) --providing quick and convenient access to the lifts.
The condo has one bedroom downstairs and a loft bedroom. The other bedroom upstairs has a set of bunk beds with an additional twin bed. There is a gas fireplace, full kitchen, washer, dryer, cable TV/VCR/DVD and an outdoor gas grill. This condo has a no pets, no smoking policy.
The Red Pine condominium complex has a clubhouse with an outdoor heated pool, sauna and hot tub. There are also six tennis courts on site. Walk to The Canyons Ski Resort Cabriolet (people mover) which takes you to the gondola. Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Ski Area are just minutes away. There is a free city bus that will take you to all the ski areas as well as throughout Park City. If you wish to venture further, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are just 30-45 minutes away.
Activities, onsite or nearby, include downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golf, tennis, shopping, and great eating at the many fine restaurants in the Park City area.

Year Purchased: 1986
We have been skiing in Utah for 25 years. When it was time to retire, we knew there was only one place we wanted to live and we were off to Park City. We have never regreted out decision. As so many of us "Parkites" say, we came for the glorious winters and stayed for the beautiful summers.
Why the Owner Chose Red Pine
The location at the base of Canyons and the access to two other world class resorts just minutes away made this an easy decision. In addition to the skiing, we love to take in the Sundance Film Festival, concerts, golf, and dining in the more than 100 restaurants in the area.

After a day on the slopes, you can return to a cozy condo. We lived in the unit for a year prior to buying our home in Park City so it is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay a great experience.
