Recently spent three days in Aspen for a combo business/pleasure trip. This condo was beautifully furnished, well setup for business (access to plugs, wireless internet, St. Regis business center support), and the St. Regis gives you over the top amenities and staff. Note that the spa/fitness center can be accessed for free (of course services like massages still cost $$$) when staying in the residence as opposed to a $50/day charge for hotel guests. Also, the St. Regis is very conveniently located to downtown Aspen offices and the Gondola. Perfect for the business/pleasure mix. The rent was just lowered for the Week of February 24th - March 1st to $1000 a night. We will also consider other offers. Stay any amount of nights. The rate for May 10-25th is $700 per night.
Deposit required $700 on any length of stay. Payment: certified check, wire transfer, or paypal. Once payment is received, you will be sent a reservation confirmation from the St. Regis Residence Club as a guest for the reserved nights.

About the owner: As a family we have been coming to Aspen for over 50 years. We have owned units at the St. Regis for the past 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. We have multiple units and have extra weeks to offer to other travelers. We currently live in Washington DC. My wife, son and I all work at OAI (www.oai-usa.com).
