The Gardens at Beach Walk is a Mediterranean oasis, with tropical gardens and beautiful lakes surrounding a superbly appointed clubhouse. The clubhouse features a seating area with real fireplace, pool table, kitchen/bar area, and a fully-equipped gym. Outside there is a free-form, oversized pool with secluded hot tub and private lakeside beach area.

Located on Beach Walk Blvd, which crosses the intersection of San Carlos & Gladiolus. Minutes drive away from the stunning beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Centrally located for Fort Myers and the US41.

Our comfortable,spotlessly clean, decorated condominium has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, oversized walk-in closet,cable, flat screen television. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet, its own bathroom and cable TV. The dining area seats four and is adjacent to the large kitchen area with all the modern conveniences (mod cons). The full-size washer and dryer are situated in their own utility room.

The lounge area features a leather sofa and arm chair with cable TV and DVD player, the patio doors lead onto our second floor balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy a lazy sunset or take in the fountain lit lake. All this is as good as brand new and waiting for you to enjoy it, so do not be disappointed, book with us!

area, visiting regularly, in 2002 we bought our first property in the area and haven't looked back. The location of our home, with central access to both the islands of Sanibel & Captiva and Fort Myers, the US41, I75 and the international airport, mean we couldn't be better situated. We find the feel of the area to be relaxed, family orientated and safe.We still love the area as much today as we did then.

built taller than a palm tree on these islands has maintained, means that there is no high rise or built up feel. The abundance of nature, dolphins, manatees, eagles and ospreys never ceases to astound. The amenities we can also appreciate from our location include an amazing variety of restaurants both waterside and on the nearby US41. There is no shortage of shopping opportunities from your regular shopping malls, to open air, up-market plazas. There is something for everyone, whilst still maintaining a friendly, family feel to the area, it is still relatively undiscovered and unspoiled.

Tween Waters Inn.

This is the best parking option on Captiva, it costs $25 for the day, you then get a $25 voucher that can be used against cabana rental, bar or restaurant bills. A beautiful, quiet beach.

Bowmans Beach.

Great public beach, with showers, restrooms, trails, work out areas, grills and picnic tables. Cross the bridge over the mangrove swamp to the beach, a great place to explore.

We have both been in the aviation industry, collectively, for more than 35 years. We work for Virgin Atlantic Airways and British Airways in managerial roles and travel constantly.We both work very hard to ensure our guests have a comfortable, clean and enjoyable experience in our condo.
