  Great location. Clean, cozy and cute. Good price. Close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. It's at the nexus of downtown. The WWII battleship USS North Carolina was a great tour and just across the river. Parking can be an issue. There is a surface lot around the backside of the condo that is $5 a day during the week, $7 on the weekend. I suggest you use it. The parking deck across the street is the same price but harder to get in and out of. Although, your first hour is free! Check out The George restaurant. Great food and atmosphere. Right on the riverwalk.

  The condo was very well appointed and had everything we needed for a weekend get away to Wilmington. The only minor drawbacks are parking and the late night noise. The parking issue can be solved by parking across the street in a pay garage ($8/day) and the noise wasn't noticeable in the bedroom when the door was closed. Additionally, if you are traveling with a person who is a tv addict, the unit doesn't have cable, but it does have a Roku for streaming video entertainment. We weren't in the unit for long enough to really "need" tv. All in all, I would recommend the condo for a couple looking for a downtown locale to enjoy all that the historic district of Wilmington has to offer.

  I can't tell you how lovely the condo is, how perfect the location, and how accommodating and hospitable the owner is. A girlfriend of mine and I went for the weekend and had a truly wonderful time. The location is perfect; the condo is lovely, charming, and super clean. The beds are so comfortable!   So happy I decided to check VRBO before booking a hotel room! I drove down from Ohio to pick up my son from college and so happy to have been able to stay here. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable and in a great location.. walking distance to everywhere. Another reason to look forward to picking him next year.

  This place has so much charm and character! From the moment you walk in and notice the high ceilings and big windows. For a couple that wants to be near everything downtown, this is the place to stay! We look forward to returning and spending more time exploring downtown Wilmington! Many thanks!!

  Our trip was a last minute decision as we were going to do something else and changed our minds. Finding a place to stay last minute during spring break was challenging but we lucked out finding this gem. We had some trepidation because there were four of us staying in a one bedroom condo. The living area had a couch bed where my husband and I ended up sleeping and our daughters - ages 7 and 9 got the bedroom. The couch bed was comfortable and very quick and easy to flip to make a bed and flip to make a couch. This condo is beautiful! There is an enormous window to look out and you are in the heart of the city!! The kitchen with granite, stainless appliances and high end cabinetry is beautiful. Though small it is very functional. I was able to make a turkey breast for Easter Sunday in the GE Profile Microwave Convection oven and it turned out amazing. We went to Masonboro Island for an Easter Egg hunt which was absolutely fantastic! The short boat ride was fun. The island was absolutely gorgeous! The girls had a blast! The drive was only about twenty minutes to get to the boat that took us to the island. We also visited the Battleship NC, which was a five minute drive. All four of us were amazed at the ship. The riverwalk is wonderful, Kilwin's Ice Cream and Chocolate was divine and you have to do the Wilmington Ghost Walk! It was fun! Kitty was a super story teller! Also, visit the mansions - Latimer, Bergwin Wright and Bellamy - again, all in walking distance. Kilwin's is a minute away on foot (not good for the waistline). Also, Airlie Gardens is gorgeous! We were above the Downtown Darlings Boutique for girls. This store is the ultimate for young ladies! You have to see it to believe it! There is no lack of awesome restaurants of any kind all in walking distance from the condo. The building itself is beautiful, clean and the people, well, that kindly, southern charm, y'all! The people were so very, very warm and friendly. Especially the condo owner - she emailed/txted me right away if I had any questions. She also txted to make sure all was well, which was very kind. She was great! She had the most lovely smelling hand soap and lotion (though we had our own we had to try it) and the most wonderful fluffy towels in the luxurious ceramic tiled, granite bathroom with a huge, gorgeous wonderful ceramic tiled shower. Downtown Wilmington is an amazing place filled with wonderful people! Our experience was perfect!!!

  Staying in this condo made for a perfect weekend get away for my husband and me. The location is great and it's literally in the middle of everything. It was nice to just walk out the door, go to dinner and amazing stores. The condo is beautiful and definitely has that "Wilmington charm". The owner was also very helpful and easy to get in touch with. The only down side was the noise from all the night life but that's to be expected in downtown so I can't complain. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to get the most from their trip to Wilmington.
