The house was absolutely breathtaking and the living room’s large picture windows offered views like you’ve never seen before. From the hardwood floors to the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms, every feature of this modern home was impressive. The home was so spacious and private yet it still felt cozy and at home.

We have just returned from 10 day stay in this beautiful home. The remodeling of the home with all the pluses made our vacation feel like home. We enjoyed that the home had hardwood floors as well as beautiful new bathrooms. We loved the location, view, and accessiblility to the amenities to the Vail Cascade resort. If given the opportunity, we hope to revisit this home "same time next year". We appreciated that the info given of the property was accurate, encouraging us to use VRBO in the future. Should friends ask, we would definitely recommend this property.

We just returned from staying a week at this lovely home. The pictures don't do it justice and the location was unbeatable. This house was certainly beautifully finished and we had plenty of space to chill out and do our own thing when we weren't off on various adventures. We enjoyed being so close to the Aria Spa and to the Gore Creek walking trail. The view from the house was amazing. I would definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

Terrific house. Has all the amenities. Great location. We stayed with nine people and there was ample, comfortable accomodations for all. Beautiful, modern kitchen. Friendly owner. Walking distance to Vail Cascade Resort. Wonderful trails for hiking and running.

We just returned from a week long vacation in Vail. With four kids (9, 7, 4 and 1 year) and a nanny, we were happy to find this house spacious, clean and very well thought out. The location is very good being right down the street from Vail Cascades and the lift. Also, there is a big back yard area where our kids could play while my wife and I enjoyed the hot tub! We will definately be returning year after year.

I stayed at this home jan 30- feb 5, 2010 with 4 couples. what a great place. the location is terrific, very close to the cascade lift. the house is very spacious. everything was as advertised. the master is gorgeous, delightful view. downstairs there are 3 full bedrooms with brand new bathrooms - I loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. easily can accomodate 12 people. I highly recommend this place - luxury at a great price!!

My wife and I stayed at this fantastic home in Vail with 3 other couples. The accomodations are excellent and the location very convenient to all Vail locations and activities (a short walk to the shuttle bus stop or a 5 minute drive to the Village - ample parking spaces in the garage and the front of the house as well). As a house sits on the edge of the property development, there is a totally unobstructed spectacular western view from the large plentiful windows throughout the home (a large empty natural field and forested hills in the distance with nothing blocking you as the sun sets down the valley). It is also very quiet since it is located at the border of the development and that undeveloped neighboring area). Each couple had our own bedroom and we were very comfortable with plenty of private and common space in this 2-story house. The high-definition TV was great, the climate control was easy to operate and very effective, and the common areas (kitchen - dining - living room open space) was perfect for socializing. I could also see using this house for winter activities as well at Vail since there was space for ski and/or snowboarding equipment and a "ready" room for changing clothes and/or bundling up. The owner/landlord was also very easy to work with and the local supporting agency on-site was very responsive and customer friendly. I recommend this fantastic home without hesitation!!! We plan to go back again some time and will base our trip schedule on the availability of this same house!

We had a fabulous week at the beginning of January. Compared to staying in Vail Village in ski season, this was a very reasonable rate for a large (7) family. The house is uber luxurious and the views are fantastic. If you are there for the skiing, you might consider a four wheel drive to get down the hill in the morning and up the hill apres-ski. Recommend very highly. Owner is a nice guy and easy to work with. Enjoy!!!!!

This was an excellent house in a great location! The completely remodeled home easily accommodated our extended family (grand parents, two sets of parents, and many children) for a recent week's stay while in Vail. The proximity to the parks, the grocery stores across the highway, and the villages/lifts makes this the go-to spot for any trip regardless of the time of year. I have been to Vail Village for the past 15 years during the ski season and it has served its purpose in the past. When you are ready for "more" that the typical Village rental on your next vacation while also maintaining very close proximity to the mountain and the lifts, you cannot beat this combination of luxury accommodation and location.

This House truely is fantastic with the best location and views I have ever had while staying in Vail over the last 10 years. We were right next to the chair lift and it was easy to Valet our skis/boots and poles. In addition, this house was recently remodeled and has a new kitchen,all new bathrooms, (with heated floors), all new wood floors, great flat screen TV's with HD,a terrific jacuzzi,2 car garage,and unobstructed views of the mountain and valley! I am planning on staying here again for many years.
