AGE REQUIREMENTS: Property rentals require a minimum Guest age of 25. (Exceptions May Be Considered With Owner Consent).
ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire Safety Codes and Property Owner directives. The allowed occupancy of Palms #1-307 permits a maximum Occupancy by up to 4 persons - this includes small children and infants. Larger properties are also available for larger families and groups - please ask our Reservation team about any of our other amazing properties located in Navarre Beach.
ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: In order to provide the superior level of cleaning and property maintenance that are hallmarks of NVR, Guests are reminded of the importance in observing arrival and departure times for rental use of this property.
All Guests must formally Register and Check-In prior to entering or taking possession of a property. Registration and Check-In is conducted at NVR's Office located at
Requests for early Guest arrival or delayed Guest departures requires the written consent of NVR and remains subject to property availability and applicable fees. Early Guest arrival and property entry is expressly NOT permitted prior to 4PM Central Standard Time.
NVR does not provide 24 Hour Check-In service. Guests encountering travel delays or those who may anticipate an arrival after 6PM Central Standard Time are required to contact NVR prior to 5PM on the scheduled date of Guest arrival to arrange for after-hours Check-In and property access codes. Guest arrivals occurring after 6PM Central Standard Time must formally Register and Check-In at the NVR Office prior to 11AM on the morning following arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an established and confirmed Reservation has been made, any Guest cancellation for a Reservation will be classified by NVR as either: Excused -or- Unexcused.
NVR recognizes and permits Excused Guest cancellations exclusively for reasons of:
* Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority or a Duly Authorized Law Enforcement Official. * Property Damage or Destruction rendering the premises unsafe or unsuitable for occupancy. * Failure of major mechanical amenity features that cannot be repaired or replaced in a reasonable and timely manner. * Any action, or lack thereof, of the Property Owner such that interrupts or impedes the lawful and quiet enjoyment of use by Guest.
Excused Guest cancellations are exempt from financial Guest performance outlined in the Rental Lease Agreement. Excused Guest cancellations are eligible for a refund of the paid Committal Deposit or a prorated refund of any monies paid for unused portions of reserved rental use.
Guest cancellations of a Reservation for reasons other than those expressly identified above are classified by NVR as: Unexcused.
Unexcused Guest cancellations remain responsible for the full faithful financial performance outlined in the Rental Lease Agreement. NVR encourages Guests to purchase travel insurance protection coverage to satisfy applicable charges associated with the need to make an Unexcused Reservation cancellation or to satisfy contractual Guest performance.
COMMITTAL DEPOSIT: A Reservation Committal Deposit is collected at the time of making a Reservation and secures the reserved rental use of the property. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive total cost of Guest rental. The Committal Deposit for reserving Palms #1-307 is $200.00.
CREDIT CARDS: NVR accepts Discover, Mastercard or VISA. Payment of the required Committal Deposit with use of an accepted Credit Card is exempt from charges associated with card processing. The use of an accepted Credit or Debit Card for Guest payment of Outstanding Reservation Balance or the fulfillment of contractual financial obligations arising from the rental use of this property remains subject to additional charges associated with Credit and Debit card processing.
PAYMENT: Full payment of the Outstanding Guest Reservation Balance is collected at the time of Check-In and must be made with certified funds. Full payment of the costs of Guest's rental use of the property is required prior to Guest taking possession of the property.
PETS: Community Association Rules preclude Guests from having pet animals inside the property or present on the grounds of the community. Violation of the Pet Policy may result in the immediate termination of allowed Guest occupancy of the property and the forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional charges for pet remediation efforts, property replacements, repairs or Fines, if any, levied by the Homeowner's Association may be billed to Guest's Credit Card.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure. It is the policy and practice of NVR to notify a Guest of the need to make a property substitution if the need for such is recognized at least 24 Hours prior to Guest arrival.
RENTAL RATES: Published rates reflect seasonal rental demands and are subject to change until confirmed. Instant Rate Quotes are available for Guests by using the Instant Quote feature located above on the right hand side of this listing. The most favorable Guest rental rates are those for weekly reservation visits of Saturday to Saturday.
Minimum required standards for rental use for this property apply and may be found under RATES.
SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT allowed inside this property. Violations of NVR's No Smoking Policy may result in the early termination of allowed Guest occupancy and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional charges associated with Smoke Remediation efforts, and Property replacements may be billed to Guest's Credit Card. NVR reminds all Guests of the need to be courteous and mindful that future Guests may be very allergic to Smoke. We appreciate your help in making this property enjoyable for all Guests.
