St. Helena estate description
Your Home Base in Napa Valley
A maximum of twelve visitors per year will have the privilege of enjoying napa valley’s exceptional one palm vineyard estate main house. The home is offered to one guest each calendar month or partial month. This idyllic wine and olive oil producing property, with exceptional indoor and outdoor spaces, is situated on a silverado trail just minutes from downtown St. Helena. The gated estate is one of the best possible wine country locations on earth, just north of meadowood napa valley and auberge du soleil.
Centrally located for explorations to yountville, napa, and calistoga, as well as wineries, restaurants, galleries and attractions throughout napa valley, one palm vineyard estate offers an unsurpassed napa valley home base for guests seeking the best of wine country experiences.
Enter the property and pass by the estate’s cabernet sauvignon vineyards to arrive at the top of the knoll, where the main house features a wrap around veranda. Stone walls punctuated by out door lighting, with mature grapevines planted up to the veranda, accent the picturesque setting. The ambiance follows you inside where beautiful, subdued travertine floors and hand-woven rugs set the stage for the peaceful, high quality interior.
A wood burning fireplace, large flat-screened television and tasteful Restoration Hardware furnishings offer a warm welcome in the living room where glass doors open to the covered veranda. Views reach over the vineyards to wooded mountains that encircle this verdant agricultural mecca.
The large, fully equipped kitchen, features granite counter tops, a large central island, and professional viking range. The adjacent dining room, also with glass doors opening to the veranda overlooking the estate vineyards, boasts ample seating at an expansive reclaimed wood dining table.
Three comfortable bedrooms with lovely, spacious baths provide privacy for up to three couples or a family. The expansive master suite features luxurious furnishings, a king bed, and an antique asian credenza, doubling as a television console beneath a large flat screened television. Glass doors open to a balcony with outdoor seating and sweeping views. A luxurious leather club chair converts to a twin sleeper in the study adjacent to the master suite, for that extra guest or young family member.
The second upstairs bedroom with queen bed has its own spacious private bath, as does the downstairs bedroom/study. All three bedrooms feature ample walk in closets.
More than sixty olive trees, an abundance of rose bushes, and mature citrus trees grace the landscaped grounds. A refreshing new swimming pool and spa surrounded by travertine, an out door kitchen with refrigerator, Viking grill, fireplace and large dining table, offer outdoor living at its finest.
A professional bocce court and beautiful pool table in the family room add to the estate’s recreational allure and makes this home away from home everything one could desire for the perfect extended Napa Valley stay. Although world class dining and wine tasting beckon, it may be difficult to leave!
Amenities include estate olive oil, organic soaps, and luxurious linens. Guests may house one car in an attached garage and make themselves at home with indoor laundry facilities. Wifi is provided, as well as dish network and weekly housekeeping services.
