This condo with its tropical decor truly make it a Magnificent Luxurius Resort Destination for your comfort! We have tried to provide every ammenity that could make your stay special. The view from your PRIVATE balcony makes you feel like you are the ONLY unit in the building, and as if that would be enough, Oh no, there's so much more! Pretty dark tile in the entrance area and kitchen. All bedrooms and the living room area are carpeted.
The first bedroom on the left as you walk down the hallway from the entrance has has a beachy green theme, with zebra bed coverings, it has a queen bed and two twin bunked beds, a ceiling fan, a nightstand and lamp, a tall chest of drawers, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. The private bath for this bedroom has a palm tree theme and has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.
The second bedroom, the coral room, on your right as you walk through the entrance, has a king bed, two nightstands and lamps and flat screen TV and a DVD player mounted on the wall at the foot of the bed. The The bath for this bedroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination with a PARIS theme.
The master suite will take your breath away with its oversized king poster bed, exquisit bedding. The Master Suite also has a full size sofa and two chairs to provide a secluded reading or private conversation area. It has its own flat screen TV and a DVD player. The master bath has spacoius double vanities, a huge walk in closet and a walk-in shower with two shower controls and two shower heads, a large jetted jaquizzi, and a private toilet area.
Access to the balcony from the master suite opens to the breathtaking beautiful unobstructed 180 degree view.
Enjoy your coffee or your favorite beverage on one of our comfy exterior loungers or the 4 person outdoor table and chairs.
Our kitchen is completly equiped with all appliances. The tan Corian countertops in the kitchen, white cabinets, and white appliances give this kitchen the home away from home feel. Five stools line the kitchen bar, plus there is a wet bar with a sink and icemaker. Also, near the kitchen is a magnificent table and four chairs.
The living room has a large sectional sofa and a sofa sleeper for those extra guest. The living room entertainment center holds a 55' flat screen Smart HDTV and a Blueray DVD player. The condo has FREE WIFI for your Internet connections.
Take a look at the photos, they will give you a hint of what you can expect. Upon entering this condo conveniently located on the 6th floor, you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere.
Don't just imagine yourself here, come enjoy all the gulf has to offer. Start the day off with a walk along the gulf watching the dolphins as they play or begin the day with a workout on the eighth floor. During the day, the family can enjoy the white sands of the beach, or the quiet outside pool. Your stress will disappear with the use of the glass enclosed indoor pool and hot tubs provided for you on the seventh floor. If tennis is your game, enjoy a friendly match on the glass enclosed air conditioned courts located on the 12th floor. Spend the evenings bar-b-Qing on the beachside grilling patio. Take a walk on the beach with loved ones, or take a short walk down to the Flora Bama (one of the Gulf Coast's hot spots).

Our Easter Vacation was AWESOME....The Master bedroom is breathtaking...all bedding in all bedrooms is first class. The Unit has excellent appliances and we LOVED the furnishings. The owners were very attentive to every detail..from the wine and popcorn basket we were greeted with to the ample supply of current videos provided for our use. The view from the private balcony is awesome. It makes you feel like you are the only unit in the building. The Photos posted online did not do justice for this unit. We were very pleased. The Flora/Bama Bar and the Waffle House are within easy walking distance. Seadoo rentals and a coffee house/icecream parlor are across the street. The Harbor house restaurant and the Bar-B-Que restaurants are also walking distance away...The amenities of the Phoenix 9 make it the best property that we have stayed in on Orange Beach. We will be back again and have recommened this unit to our friends.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

After years of going to the beach with family and friends we decided to explore the rental options along the coast.We choose Orange Beach because its as close to Florida as you can get. The water is a beautiful blue green and the beaches are blinding white!
