The layout of the house creates a versatile living situation, with three floors of living space and two decks overlooking the water. Water access through a right-of-way is an added bonus.
LOWER LEVEL: Lower Living Area with water views and French doors that open to a stone terrace. Master Bedroom with queen bed and French doors to the terrace with water views. Bathroom with shower. Sauna and Bar. First floor is accessed via a spiral staircase from the first floor.
FIRST FLOOR: Updated Kitchen with Dining Area completed in 2007. Cozy Living Room with water views, wood stove and French doors leading to a lovely wrap-around deck with furnishings and water views. Comfortable Sitting Area with bar. Bedroom with queen and Full Bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR: Two bedrooms with a set of twin beds in each - one of which can be converted to a king bed. Full Bathroom.
PORCH/DECK: Large deck with water views, gas grill, and furnishings. Stone patio off lower level Bedroom with furnishings, and lower outside sitting area with seating for 2 people.
