Beautiful newly renovated lakefront house with private dock located in Arrowhead Lakes, a gated community. Enjoy the western views from the living room, sunroom, kitchen, two level deck and lawn, watch the eagles and waterfowl, or row or paddle from the backyard. We have three kayaks (2 single and a double), a canoe and a rowboat for outings on the lake or fishing. It's a short paddle to Arrowhead's lovely island pool for a swim!
In the winter you can skate or cross country ski across the lake just steps from your door. We are minutes from Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback, and a short drive to the Delaware Water Gap, several state parks, the Lehigh River, Jim Thorpe, Bushkill Falls, and all the other local attractions. After a fun day relax in the six person hot tub, build a fire, watch a DVD on the 54 inch TV, read in the lakefront sunroom, play a game of pool or just enjoy the view. You'll have a difficult time deciding whether to watch the sun go down from the sunroom, the deck, the hot tub or the private dock. Wireless broadband internet access and long distance telephone service included.
A large sunroom opens from the living room with windows all around and from there you can walk out onto the new 750 square foot deck. We face west for spectacular sunsets over the water! Enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace. There are three bedrooms on the top floor (queen in one, full in one, twin and full/twin bunk combo in the third), with another TV in one of the bedrooms, and a full bath.
Downstairs are two more bedrooms (full in one, two twins in the other), another full bath, a game room with pool table, gas fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD and a sleeper sofa, and a washer and dryer. The game room opens into a hot tub room with a new 6 person hot tub with lake views through glass sliders, and also opens onto a patio with picnic table. Plenty of room for two or three families to enjoy a great vacation!
Arrowhead Lakes maintains four sand beaches with playgrounds, three pools and three sets of tennis courts, plus other facilities and activities.

Please note this is a no smoking house, and in order to insure the house is at its best we cannot accept pets. Also please note that if your plans include excessive drinking or rowdy behavior we would prefer that you have your fun somewhere else. |
