This fantastic and immaculately clean 3 bedroom condo in Diamond Beach offers what one would not quite expect at the Jersey shore. Peace and quiet as if one were in the Outer Banks. It is the best condo at Harbor Vista! 'harborvista101 dot com' for more pics.
Imagine, out of every window, 500 foot minimum of clear sight lines. No obstruction, just fantastic views from all visual points within home.
Unlike other shore points at the Jersey shore, this location has living space. It is on a 'non thorofare' street with very few neighbors. It is one of the most unique locations in all of the NJ shore points. When you arrive, you don't want to leave. If you like the feeling of 'open space' you have it here. By comparison, most other condos and townhomes are located in 'crowded' conditions.
Unlike other condos, while on the porch overlooking the bay, there are no neighbors in view, whatsoever! This is very unique to this condo community as well.
The 1700 sq. ft space has many upgrades including granite countertops in the kitchen, Marble Flooring in the Master Bathroom and Kitchen and a limestone tile in the hall bath. Since shoes are not normally worn indoors, the unit is very clean. It has a cozy custom paint on its walls and is very warm and inviting. It encompasses two floors-ground level and one above ground level. It is located directly adjacent to the community swimming pool.
The pool can be seen just below the master bedroom's window and looks great lit up at night. Not to worry, the pool hours are reasonable,so you won't be awaken too early by people using the pool area. It also closes at dusk.
Harbor Vista condo community is a small complex comprising 18 units, so you will find ample peace and quiet here. The nice perk about this particular unit is that, in contrast to other units, it's deck is completely private and invisible to others. It is a great spot for a cocktail and watching the sunset.
One last feature about the unit is its soundproofing. Since the ceiling area made of concrete, you can hearing nothing above you. No creaking boards or anyone walking, talking or running.

* 3 blocks to beach: a little exercise before you lay down in your beach chair for the balance of the day.
* A putt putt golf course located 150 feet away.
* A Bayside Dock Bar - Harbor View, on the bay featuring reggae and other music daily. Only 1 mile out onto causeway.
* US Coast Guard Reserve and National Wildlife Preserve is 1 block away. With bug spray, it is a great place to go for a hike.
* "No outlet" street creates little commotion and congestion.
* 2.5 miles to Cape May and all its treasures.
* Hometown great, Crest Tavern, 3 blocks away. Features great food at great prices.
* Downtown Wildwood 3 miles north. For the real flavor of a summer resort, you have to visit this a least one night. It is a great place to rent bikes and go for a ride during the day.
* In excess of 6 golf courses within a 10 mile radius and triple that if you extend the radius to 30 miles.
* Your own parking space in the garage.

- Beach View: You cannot physically see the beach, but you can hear it loud and clear. From the bedroom windows, you can see the bird refuge, which is adjacent to the beach. From all seven windows and two bay window/sliding doors, you have minimum 500 foot sightlines of open space. It is just amazing!

Why the Owner Chose Diamond Beach
I bought a vacation rental in Diamond Beach due to its proximity to so many attractions. Historic Cape May is 5 minutes to the south but without the hustle and no need to fight for a parking space. I instantly knew I wanted to purchase this condo because its unique location - no through streets, located at the southernmost corner of 5 mile beach and the variety of wildlife and boats to view from the back deck. I like to play golf and golf courses abound in the vicinity. There are many good restaurants to select. Generally, though, because of the serenity of the location is what 'sold' me.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The quiet is the best benefit of all. In this condo, since the walls and ceiling are of concrete, one cannot hear any noise above or to the side. Out of 'every' window there is a minimum clear sight line of 1000 feet. It is really incredible. And during the summer, I like to mix up coctails and bring them out to the pool area and relax with my family.
