This duplex in East Vail boasts 3400 plus square feet of newly re-modeled and beautifully furnished living space! It can easily accommodate up to 15 people comfortably. Just steps from the free, Town of Vail shuttle, it is ideal for gatherings of all kinds whether it is a FAMILY REUNION, TWO FAMILIES vacationing together, or a ski trip for a GROUP OF FRIENDS.
Each of the four bedrooms is large and there is also a very private loft for overflow. With three full baths and one half bath, everyone will be afforded the comfort and privacy they need to fully enjoy their Vail experience.
The ground level has four spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished with soft linens and thick, luxurious towels and a television. There are two full baths and one half bath on this level that accommodate these bedrooms. Also located on the ground floor for your convenience is a heated two-car garage!
A perfect place for your cars as well as a wonderful place to store your gear after coming in from a busy day of outdoor activity! In addition, there is a laundry room as well as a telecommunications desk with a digital cable Internet hook up and a printer/fax machine.
The upper floor is the main living area and it is magnificent! Its open floor plan is over 1500 square feet of living and gathering space. With its’ vaulted 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling picture windows with beautiful views of the National Forest, the area is is separated into two living areas. One area is centered on the custom stone, wood-burning fireplace, the other area has a leather sectional and is the entertainment area.
The cook will enjoy the new custom kitchen with granite countertops and brand new, stainless appliances and beautifully stocked cabinets. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bar with three stools and a large dining table, which seats 10 comfortably. This floor is completed by a large full bath and wooden, spiral staircase up to a loft outfitted with a full bed and two twin beds.
We have done everything possible to make your Vail vacation as comfortable and easy as possible. There is a high chair and Graco bed provided as well as a grill and 'idea' book for planning your outings. There is a large wrap around deck with a brand new six-seat outdoor spa overlooking the National Forest. And of course, the complimentary shuttle service to the Town of Vail runs from 7 AM-1 AM, daily, and stops only paces from the front door allowing flexibility and ease of coming and going for everyone. |
