Why the Owner Chose Charleston: My husband and I have a love of restoring historical properties from a 400 year old french cottage, to a 1760s Harbour Master's home on the English Channel, early 19th century Vicarage and Arms houses in a seaside community of north Wales, to name a few. This house fit perfectly in our inventory of historic properties. We feel in love with its charm and location.
