I recently returned from my stay at this property. My family and I had rented it for 5 days. I have a few pros and cons about the property, along with some recommendations. Cons: Very far out. I knew it was in Sandy's, but did not know it was so far from a bus stop and up some pretty big hills. Confusion. The person booking the place on behalf of the owner gave him the wrong dates (apparently) and therefore the place was not ready for my family and I. Lack of towels and cleaning products. But this is with all places I've stayed on the island. Pros: Beautiful view. Ocean on almost all sides from where the place is Owner is very nice. Allowed us to host our wedding BBQ and even took my mother and I to get groceries. Quiet and safe. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all at this place. Lots of space. We weren't in each others hair. All had our own place to go to. Recommendations: Towels. This is a common issue in bermuda with guest houses. And nothing is more annoying than not being able to bathe properly. I know it is costly to supply a lot of towels, but it is more costly to lose guests over this. I would like to see two towels per day per guest wherever I stay. Better more than less. Cleaning products. Spills happen. Dirt gathers. Unless you have a cleaning person everyday, make sure to have items to clean up messes and even just to wipe down counters. Pots and pans and dishes: again, a common issue in Bermuda. Please have lots and decent ones. I hate paying for anyplace to find I've got old used items to cook with. (Granted this places wasn't too bad, but coulda had more). Overall: I enjoyed my stay here. I recommend it to people who are going to be taking scooters. Thank for allowing us to stay and for being so kind.

This place was wonderful! Our group rented the whole estate for a week. There were 4 couples and we all had plenty of room inside and out. Quinton was really great and seemed eager to please. He answered any questions we had and we enjoyed visiting with him. We had scooters delivered to the house and used them all week long. Some of us had been to the island before and knew our way around. Also went reef fishing and catch enough for 3 meals! Quinton even replaced the propane on the grill for us when it ran out. The location was great. Easy ride to the beaches and dockyard. We had great transportation to and from the airport thanks to Tiara. We can't wait to come back.

We just returned from our Bermuda Vacation and were very sad to leave!! Not only were our accommodations better than advertised, but we met some GREAT, new friends that were staying at the other guest house! We traveled with our 3 teenagers and had plenty of room to spread out! The Pool and patio (with a grill, I might add) was perfect. The views were amazing and our host (who we now list among our friends!) could not have been nicer. We had a relaxing, yet busy week. Mr. DeSheilds had everything we needed. He even had top notch recommendations on where to go, where to eat, where to fish, and how to get around on the island. We CAN'T wait to go back!! See you soon!

We had a wonderful time!
We had a wonderful time!
The time we spent in Bermuda was absolutely wonderful! The Island is a beautiful place as well as Three Harbors. But they don't compare to the kindness and hospitality of Quinton and his crew. My husband and I, along with our 20 year old daughter, stayed in the two bedroom cottage. The home was beautiful and in a stunning area. Sunsets and sunrises were a favorite time of day. We had a great time meeting and relaxing with the other guests on the property. GREAT DINNER prepared by Tim!! We had a great experience, Bermuda is a beautiful place and we felt welcomed and relaxed though out our stay. We ate at the local restaurants almost daily, and the Forts and museums were a favorite past time. My husband had a great time fishing and caught one of his "bucket list's " blue marlin. We opted for bus passes, due to the different traffic system. We did not feel we could manage the traffic and learn to ride scooters in just a week. The bus system was very manageable. And there were always taxi's. (Sylvia being the best of course!). Quinton and his family and friends, made us feel like family. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

My 17 year old son and I were looking for a mom/son getaway and wow did we hit a home run! The studio by the pool at Three Harbors was just perfect. The room and patio were clean, comfortable, and fully equipt. And the views... simply breathtaking. I'm not sure there could be a better spot as the property sits atop a hill with water views on three sides. Watched the sunrise over the water from bed every morning with a hot cup of coffee, and watched the sunset over the water from the patio with a tasty cocktail in hand. A few words about the perfect location... Three Harbors is in a great "part" of the island - quiet, relaxed, away from the hub-bub of Hamilton, but still close to all the good stuff. A 3 minute walk takes you to the ferry terminal or to the town for restaurants, cocktails, or groceries. A 15 minute easy (and not scary!) scooter ride gets you to the Dockyards where you have endless activities. We had a great time! A list of what we did in just 5 days: deep sea fishing, glass bottom boat ride, swim with dolphins, mini golf, shopping, beach hopping, took our bikes on the ferry to Hamilton and rode all the way back on the old train tracks (stopped at beaches and forts and lighthouse on the way!). Quinton, Tiara and Sylvia were all fabulous. Taxi service to and from everywhere, scooters and bicycles delivered to our doorstep. Even arranged to have a massage therapist at our room to work out all of that pre-vacation stress! We definitely plan to go back and you cannot go wrong by choosing Three Harbors.

Manager response: Good Friday in Bermuda is one of the most fun family holidays Bermudians look forward to! It was a pleasure to have Sue and her son over the weekend! I hope they enjoyed the handmade kite (pink and blue...the color of our buses). From day one we felt the "love"and i am glad she got to experience my favorite area on the property. The sunsets are AMAZING! My coca cola sweat top fits like a dream...and everyone was jealous when i wore it. I look forward to seeing you and son next time...or maybe another friend. thank you, Tiara
The setting for our family was perfect! We had the main house for our mothers to stay in, the pool house for my brother-in-law and the "honeymoon" suite for myself and my husband. The property was beautiful with views of 3 harbors and a pool for our use. As an extra bonus, we got to pick fresh onions, broccoli and carrots from the garden when we wanted. IT was wonderful. Overall it was a great place to stay with modern updates to the interiors and the layout of the property. We would definitely stay here again. The owner and manager were very helpful and even hooked us up with great taxi service, arranged transport to/from airport and provided whatever we asked for. Because we were the first renters of this property there were a few hiccups and problems, but the owner was eager to fix them once we alerted him to them. I have emailed the owner directly about our "criticisms" and am sure they will be corrected before another rental comes.

Manager response: It was definitely I pleasure accommodating this family. Being our first time we were delighted with all the great things our guests had to say as well as valued suggestions on what can make future guests enjoy their stay at Three Harbors even more. We hope that you do return to Bermuda and we look forward to seeing you again.
A great location and property!
A great location and property!
The six of us stayed here in April rented the main cottage and the poolside studio. The property is beautiful and with a great view of the harbor. The place was clean and equipped with all the essentials. The property is located on a hill and the bus stop and Mangrove village is about 3-5 min walk. The nearest market is about a 3 min drive. The owner of the property (Quinton) was very accommodating and a gracious host. He really made us feel like we were at home, making sure we were enjoying ourselves and always made himself available if we needed anything. He told us he was hoping to make it a "home-like" experience for us, and he really did! Highly recommended.

About: I am an energetic well traveled Bermudian ambassador who loves athletics and enjoyed the hospitality industry for many years. Service is second nature to me and it will be my pleasure to accomodate you here at Three Harbors Estate.
Why Sandys Parish:
This property maintains the beauty of traditional Bermudian architecture. With your own private balconies you can get a great view of three harbors in the west end of the island. This property was once owned by an author who wrote a book called Three Harbors which the house is believed to be named after. With Somerset Village just a walk away you have access to fantastic restaurants like the Bermudian favorite The Country Squire or take a relaxing swim at Mangrove Bay.
The Unique Benefits at this Estate:
One of the best parts of this property is the Moongate entrance to the pool. The moongate is a traditional piece of architecture you can find over Bermuda especially at some of the most scenic sites. Tradition is that when a couple walks through a moongate they must kiss for many more years of love and togetherness.
