Come visit Steamboat Springs and enjoy the best snow in Colorado while staying in our beautiful and newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Mountain. Conveniently located steps away from the Free Shuttle Bus route, you are just a 7-minute bus ride to the Gondola.
Our condo has been freshly renovated with granite kitchen counter-tops and all new appliances, wood and tile floors and carpet, paint, and furniture throughout. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, a futon couch, private bathroom, and lots of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed facing views of the mountain. Our leather sectional sofabed will comfortably sleep 2 people on a memory foam mattress. Extra linens and pillows are provided.
We love to cook and hope you do too because the kitchen is fully stocked with any item that you may need to make a wonderful meal at home. Grind fresh coffee beans, make a roast in the crock pot, enjoy hot tea from a fast boiling electric kettle, and cook your meals on quality stainless steel cookware.
Along with the new leather sectional sofa is a large flat-screen television with Cable TV and HD viewing of Roku channels, providing easy access to over 600 channels & 150,000 movies & shows. Stream your favorite shows, new movies, music via Pandora, news and more! Free wireless internet service is included.
The Deer Creek condominiums are located on the free bus lines, so you can travel around town without renting a car. The bus will take you directly to the base area in under 7 minutes from our home, so you can ski and hit Happy Hour on the mountain without having to worry about driving or parking. From the ski area, you can easily take the bus downtown to enjoy Steamboat's fantastic restaurants and nightlife. The free bus runs until 2am during the winter season.
The Deer Creek condominiums are in a fantastic neighborhood with predominantly local families that are quiet and friendly. Garage space is available for one car, assigned off-street parking is available for a 2nd vehicle, and one more guest parking space may be available (not guaranteed). Please keep in mind that there is no parking on City streets from November - May, so carpool if you are arriving with a larger group.
Summer guests, especially anglers & bikers, will enjoy the very close proximity to the Yampa River and Core Trail. Bring your bikes, as the ride downtown is easy and scenic!
We have lived Colorado for over 20 years and in Steamboat for the last 5 years, and love living here. Good times were had ripping up the hill and relaxing back at the condo. So nice to be on the bus route (stops right outside the door!) so we could enjoy all the amenities without the hassles of parking or driving after a couple of tasty beverages. Also nice to be a short walk from Rex's, one of the best bars/restaurants in town. The condo was immaculate... super clean, big kitchen, sharply furnished, new and comfy mattresses, and a hooked up entertainment system... great place to both relax and entertain. The mouth watering view of the Mountain from the master bed is sensational!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We stayed here for a long weekend in January. It was our first time to Steamboat and it worked out perfectly. This condo is spacious and comfortable and super convenient. Fixtures and linens are all brand new and the owners clearly care about creating a warm and inviting environment. Having the shuttle stop literally right outside the door was icing on the cake. The price was great too! I would stay here again and I highly recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Year Purchased: 2013
About the owner: Holley was born and raised in Colorado and has lived in several mountain towns over the years, but calls Steamboat home. She is a helicopter pilot and works for Zephyr Helicopter here in town, and when she is not flying she can be found skiing the mountain in the winter and mountain biking or whitewater kayaking the rivers around Steamboat in the summer. Brian was born and raised in France and has lived in Colorado since 1996. He works as an independent web developer, based out of Steamboat. On his days off, Brian enjoys backcountry skiing deep in the Zirkel Wilderness in the winter, and kayaking and mountain biking the creeks and hills around Steamboat. We moved to Steamboat in 2008 and love living here. Come visit, and find out why!

Our home is located on the Mountain Area, approximately 1 mile from the gondola, along the free bus shuttle route. It is perfectly located for both summer and winter vacations, far enough away from the base area congestion but only 5 minutes away from the ski area, a few steps away from the core trail, and 6 minutes to downtown restaurants by car.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Skiing from our condo is very easy because of our unique location along the bus route. Gear up in the house and hop on the bus for a short 7 minute ride to the Gondola Square. During the summer we like the 15-minute bike ride along the Yampa River Core Trail that takes us along the river into downtown. The Yampa River is great for fishing, rafting, kayaking, tubing or just watching the river roll by.
