This condo was perfect for President's day weekend. My husband & I met my sister & her hubby for a long holiday weekend of Denver sight-seeing, shopping & having fun. This condo is very close to Park Meadows Mall which has tons of great shops and nearby restaurants. The rooms were incredibly clean and large, we made use of the grill on the outdoor deck even though it was a bit chilly out. The deck has nice views and is mostly protected from the wind, which was great in February. We spent a little time in the hot tub & fitness rooms, the common/shared ares of the complex are well maintained and secure. Joe, the owner, gave us the tour personally upon arrival and gave us his cell phone number in case we needed anything during our stay. He couldn't have been any easier to work with or more helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
